I have been in a couple times throughout the past year, every time I go in I’m always greeted and asked if there’s anything I specifically want/ that I am looking for, this past time I went in granted it was a Wednesday afternoon and kind of slow, I had a good time honestly, Megan helped me out today, and I remember her helping me in the past!! She was amazing at making suggestions of items that where on discount that I didn’t even think about and also grabbing me different sizes while I was trying clothes on so I didn’t have to go through everything myself! Wasn’t planning on buying shoes but it was just comfortable I shop there, not many place will be as helpful as Megan and her coworker the day I went in! Definitely recommend this spot to everyone around me!!

I wanted to publicly state that mangers give employees illegal work hours, tell me how can you keep minors past mall hours especially on school days?! Working past 9pm as a MINOR is wrong. Especially on school days, also raising awareness to this it’s been said manager claim this is “legal” yeah right. How about the employees who are above the age of 18 work till 12pm instead forcing minors who can’t speak up because they’re afraid of getting fired or written up. They are minor sales associate those late hours could only apply on weekends. I hope these manager will do their jobs if not I’ll just contact someone above them. Cause if they haven’t had an issue with child labors laws they will soon.

Associate kept following me around the store and asked me a trillion questions after I had already told her I was just looking around . Made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something. Maybe that wasn’t her intention but it made me feel really uncomfortable.

Worst shopping experience ever. They treat everyone as a thief and provide terrible service. Things must change in order for me to go back to this location. Also marking up prices with a sticker is not good.

I went in and found some sandals I likedand went to the register to pay. Howeverwhen I used my card nothing happenedand the girl behind the counter didn't saywhat was going on she just lookedstupid. Another worker there then calledthe manager for no reason because theycould have just took me to anothermachine. Shortly after, when themanager came she had whispered "doesshe not have any money or somethingto the girl behind the counter. I'll haveyou know I did have money. Nobody wassaying anything they were just all lookingat the screen. I had to use my card atotal of 3 times. If my card wasn'tworking 3 times they should've had meto go to another machine not just standthere and do nothing. I'm pretty sure theyjust wanted me to leave and not getanything. I think this was just very poorcustomer service, because I asked themanager "is it my card or is it themachine?" But she was just looking atme stupid and didn't say anything. This place needs to be checked and haveworkers that respond to the customersbecause the customer is always right.

We are lucky to have The Shops at Wiregrass. Dillards and JC Penny and Macy's plus many delicious restaurants. I buy my cosmetics at Dillards. Visit the Bobbie Brown counter and get make-up done by Adele... Fabulous!

Getting here is a little bit of a trek for me and I therefore don't visit that often however it is a nice outdoor mall with plenty of dining options. Plenty of parking around the mall as well as a parking garage that I just discovered today! Surprised that we couldn't find a Starbucks here though! Big retailers such as JC Penny, Macy's, Dillard's are here as well as smaller stores you see at other malls such as Hot Topic, Justice, Pink, VS. Dining options include some smaller places (not an a actual food court but food places around the mall) such as Noble Crust, Panera, Moe's, Pholicious. This mall always has something going on as well -- today was a car show and around the holidays they have a tree lighting ceremony with Santa. Nice mall overall.

I'm a fan of the outdoor shops. It's easier to walk straight to the store you desire and leave without having to walk around a mall. The Shops at Wiregrass is a super cute outdoor mall with a lot to offer from jewelry stores, kid stores, toy stores, shoe stores, restaurants and more. It wasn't too crowded and there was a cute Christmas tree light show going on at 7pm that we got to see.
