I called ahead to ask if it was possible for someone to come to my truck to get my packages when I arrive. I recently had surgeries and walking is difficult. I spoke with Aaron and he told me to call when I get there and he would be happy to do that. When I arrived at the store, I called Aaron answered the phone again and said he’d be right out. He was over the top helpful and I very much appreciate it.
The store I went to is not directly in my neighborhood, the store in my neighborhood did not care to help me. They stated that I either should bring somebody with me or have somebody else bring them down for me. That was very discouraging until I called, the UPS store in Wesley Chapel what a difference
This time in the world where there’s so much turmoil it does my heart good to know they’re still great people in this world like Aaron. I’m very appreciative of all this help and plan on doing all my business there.

The person in the store front ( I imagine the manager ) couldn’t have been more rude and unwelcoming for no reason , everything I said he answered and contradicted me very harshly for no reason , to the point I felt done kind of racism and zi said “ dir you are being very argumentatitive and he retorted that I was being very rude ! I had to tell him the address to be sent to was wrong and was missing information and he argued that was the address I gave him - which I had down him a photo of the address to corroborate he was wrong , he corrected it ( per receipt) but complained that there was a line of people in the store . Totally unnacrptable -!!! I hope my package arrives at its destination . I copied the site #7666 in Zephyrhills, Florida, 33541 to write a complain .He should learn manners as how they treat customers from the 2 much younger helpers. That I dealt with before and that couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful. When I’m leaving this person said out loud Have a good day and I answered You too and I wish you the best b/c w that attitude I don’t see this store being open for too long . I will never set foot on that store!! I’m livid and angry!! The name of this person was Aaron

I’ve been to your store twice and I am amazed at how quick the services and friendly and helpful. The staff are. Today I worked with Aaron at the Zephyrhills store on EILAND Avenue-such a nice man, pleasant, friendly and helpful.
