If I could give this experience 0 stars I would. Janna, the team lead at the store had absolutely no manners and no respect for any customers entering the store. I shopped for about 40 minutes, ordered some pants with her and found a top. The top ended up being more expensive than listed on the ticket, meaning the discounted price on the ticket was incorrect. She said she wouldn’t honor the listed price on the ticket despite being the “team lead” that night. She was very rude about it, but I said that was okay and still wanted the other two items. Then she proceeded to say that 1/2 are not available either. I left the store without buying anything. If she was nice I would’ve left the store with something in hand as I intended to. Overall incredibly uncomfortable experience. Janna was the most ill mannered, inhospitable, and hostile employee i’ve ever come across. Would not recommend running into her or going here at all.

Super RACIST people over there!!!Specially Jeanne, I asked for price adjustments and she refused in very rude way! Few minutes later she DID a price adjustment for other lady!!!I was shopping around when she offered to take a bag I was holding so I can shop, when I went to the fitting room I asked her to give me my bag so I can try the top with the skirt that was on the bag, she opened the bag and said take the skirt!!!! I was like what? I need the bag! She said NO I want to make sure that… and stopped talking, then she said ok take it!! She was dealing with me like I’m a thief and I will take stuff and put in my bag!!! Very unacceptable behavior!!!!!

Wonderful experience! Sharon and Marie were friendly and super helpful. Was recommended by my mom to try Talbots and so glad I did! The price tag is heavy though you get what you pay for, quality clothing, giving not just your closet, your confidence a positive boost too!

The staff at Talbot's Wesley Chapel are incredibly helpful, courteous and fun. I had problems with an online offer and they went beyond to rectify. If not for them I may have never purchased from Talbots again.Joanne, Marta and Mary are the best
