Two people were working. They turned me away at 4:20pm. The store closes at 5pm. There were two customers getting hair cuts and no one else waiting or pending on the board. They asked if I did an online check in. I said no because it hasn’t been working for the past couple hours. They said there’s nothing that they can do. Very poor customer service. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I’ve visited Sports Cuts twice and had my hair cut by two different hair stylists, both cuts were excellent and consistent. Both stylists were kind, thoughtful, and personable. This is a very well run hair shop!

My son was very happy with his cut from stylist, Simon. He listened to what my son wanted and he gave great, friendly, customer service. The only thing that needs work is the app because although we were checked in and showing we were only 4 minutes till my son's turn, the app suddenly tossed him out of queue and off the wait, and put him on 10 minutes, showing him not in store. Luckily one of the ladies fixed it for us when I brought it to their attention, but definitely watch the board because there is a glitch with the app so hopefully the owner takes it seriously and corrects it, because it seems any of the complaints, in the reviews, are over the app and wait times. Otherwise, the place is great!

My son and I have been going here for about 4 years. We are always met with a smile and a "welcome in". They do a great job and are accommodating to what a 9 year old thinks is cool lol. Go in and give them a try.
