Extremely disappointed. We saved money and wanted to make an investment in a good bed. We went to the store in October and decided on a I 10 split top king sized bed. We even pushed out our delivery date so we could receive the bed and furniture together in time for Christmas, which at the time they assured us they could do.We received a call stating the bed could be delivered in time but the furniture couldn’t. We told the customer service rep that one of the reasons we agreed to purchase the bed was because they had said they could get everything delivered at the same time, before Christmas. The rep was not pleasant and told us the order had been split and this was no longer possible. They spoke to us as if we had split the order and caused the issue and were very rude. Eventually, we were told it was an error on their part.The bed arrived 3 days before Christmas and my husband went to the store, where we purchased the bed, to talk to them about what happened and how we were treated. We began to notice the bed didn’t feel or resemble what we had tried in the show room. There was a large gap between the split top, the remote kept failing even though we changed the batteries and repaired it with the mattress multiple times. And just the overall comfort of the bed was lacking.The headboard arrived almost a month later. We noticed a day or so after it was installed that hardware kept falling out of it and that it slid from side to side. . There was a 3-4 inch gap around the bed that allowed it to slide side to side and askew. At this point we’d just had enough.When we called customer service we were told if we wanted to return the headboard we would have to talk to a supervisor and they provided a different phone number. When we explained the issue with the headboard we were told it’s standard to have 2 inches around the bed. We advised no one informed us of this to which they replied did you ask? No, we expected to receive what we had viewed in the showroom. At this point we were so upset and just want the whole bed gone.We have had nothing but issues with this bed. You spend a lot of money on these beds. You believe you’re investing in quality, comfort and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we feel cheated and this company is more interested in taking your hard earned money than they are in the quality of their product.

I'm a US NAVY Veteran, Disabled and thought this might be a good Idea. They told us that there was a twenty year warranty on this bed. What they did not tell us that they depreciate the bed over time and you will in this case pay 6% of total bed. So, the topper and side rails have large depressions in them. I notice my pain level going up and not being able to sleep. I called and they said I would have to pay 360.00 dollars for the new parts. They said they are 1200.00 dollars regular price. This is just an over glorified air mattress. I can get a 3" topper cooled fabric from My Pillow less than that. Memory foam is memory foam. I would rather put that 360.00 dollars in a new bed from a reputable company and a luxury mattress. My opinion don't do it!!! This mattest was bought 2017 and less than 7 years old. Sad situation.

Got to the store 20 minutes before they closed. As we pulled up the guy looked at us locked the store and turned off the open sign while he was on his phone. He said then stared at us and he walked towards the back of the store. Needless to say we left And will not be returning.

Mold! We have had this sleep number adjustable bed for years. Went to move the bed around and found mold in the lines and in the bladder. Do yourself a favor and Google Sleepnumber bed and mold. Shocking. Never again!

Horrible coordination of delivery/orderingThe gentleman at the store helped us and we ordered the mattress and furniture but there was a delay on the furniture but he failed to tell us that we would be sleeping on the ground. Then the furniture was cancelled- it was already over a month and a half from being delivered and the sleep number guy didn't reorder. Everything was being sent to our old address - out of state despite multiple calls and confirmations from him that it was being delivered to our new home. I finally had to call and sure enough it was being shipped out of state. On top of all that- you are basically just sleeping on a giant air mattress- it made noise every time you turned and didn't adjust to sleeping on my side vs back or stomach. Ended up returning the bed

I am beyond disappointed with this company’s customer service and have not even received my mattress yet. I purchased it 3 weeks ago and was scheduled to be delivered today between 8-11 am. We were home all day long and nobody ever showed up or called. We finally called customer service at 1:30 pm to find out the status of the delivery and I was told that the delivery person called to get access to the gate and nobody let him through. Supposedly he waited 15 minutes and left which is totally a lie. Afterwards I called customer service and spoke to a representative and a manager and said we have been re-scheduled for 1 week from now and there is nothing they can do. I said we might cancel the order and purchase from a different company and didn’t seem to care one bit. If this is the way the process of the delivery is going I can’t even imagine what the rest of their customer service and quality of their products is going to be like.

Do not believe the online or mailed media, in the ad, they show a mattress, pedestal, headboard, for $899 for a queen sleep number 360 c2 smartbed. This is the price for the mattress only.Feel deceived, will now never buy from sleep numbers. Will be contacting state attorney to see if they have violated any Florida laws by thier sales ads

Five stars if money & delivery were not issues. I can rate only my experience, which was very good on the sales floor, but horrible on the delivery end. Three weeks later, I am w/o a bed I was promised today & the earliest it can be delivered is three weeks out (w/ no promise of a late day delivery so I wouldn't have to miss work.) I have canceled my order & have requested my $5,600+ be refunded. I am quite peeved, especially after buying pillows, sheets, & a bedspread for a bed I don't have. (NOTE: Plan to wait on hold a VERY long time (at least an hour) when calling the company's headquarters. You will likely receive notice that your call will be returned within three HOURS.) Located beside Chipotle in Cyress Creek Town Center, this location is open Mon thru Sun from 11 AM to 7 PM. I walked in thinking these beds were in the $2,500 range (including base, tax, & delivery). I was shocked that they are much more expensive, especially if you purchase a base. I tried out two mattresses, asked lots of questions, & then left the showroom. I drove halfway home before turning my RAV4 around to purchase the m7 queen mattress, a base, along w/ two memory foam standard pillows @ $109 each. The total, which includes the $199 delivery fee, was $5,600+. Sleep Number has a 30-day trial period; however, a $199 pickup fee applies should you wish to return the bed. The bases are NONrefundable. You will be disappointed should you rely on the salesperson to volunteer all the information you should know prior to purchase. There's lots of info online about the bed & the company's policies. There are also many customer reviews on Yelp & on other sites. Floor service by handsome Christian was very good, although he did not volunteer specifics on the warranty or the return process, but he answered honestly all my questions. However, he did not tell me that customers NEVER have ANY say on the delivery time. Never-- regardless if those customers are single, employed, & unavailable mornings. The store was very clean, spacious, & well-organized. There are a handful of mattress types to try-- see pics. If you have kids in tow, there's a play area for them-- see pic. I left the store w/ all the necessary paperwork. As promised, the pillows arrived @ my door a week later, & the bed was supposed to arrive today (@ the 3-wk mark). The two delivery guys who were to set up the bed & explain how it operates never got the chance. And they were never told of my phone call two days ago stating today's morning delivery time would not work. (I was clear when I purchased the bed that I could never be home for delivery prior to 3 PM.) The $199 delivery fee was paid @ time of purchase. Had I wished, I could have purchased pillowcases, blankets, breadspreads, & comforters-- all available @ this location & online. Due to not being home for delivery today, I had to phone the company to learn what happens next; NO ONE reached out to me. When I phoned, I was told not only would it be an additional 3 wks for delivery, but I still could not request a late afternoon time frame. So, I said "f it" & please refund my money. What I had hoped to add to my bedroom was the m7. With its cooling memory foam, it operates fully by app unless you're old school as I and want attached handheld remotes. W/ the set-up I expected, the head & feet rise & decline by remote (one for each side of the bed), but the mattress thickness/support is controlled only by app. (Most customers opt for 100% app operation.) I researched these beds. They earn high praise especially from those who suffer w/ severe back & hip pain. The beds use air adjustability to manage the correct firmness for the individual. And the feet & head can rise & lower. There's a limited 25-yr warranty on each bed. This expensive glorified air mattress sank within the first hour. Now arguing to get a full refund. Used the bed for 4 hours. They use the NFL to get sales, well this company just got put on blast in our NFL wives group! Your sales are about to sink! This is a scam!

So I purchased this mattress along with the adjustable base. The two items cost over $6K. I was told that there is 100 day return policy. 4 days after the bed was delivered I called to return the bed. It was horrible. It feels like you are sleeping on a pool floaty. It doesn’t connect to the app since the bed is 3G and most phones are 5G. The light under the bed didn’t work and the technology is very outdated. After calling customers services about 5 times I was approved the returning of the mattress but not the base. It has been only 4 days and they won’t allow the return. The sales rep never mentioned this at the store. Instead I was reassured that I would be able to return it. Now I am stuck with an adjustable base that is designed specifically for sleep mattress and it cost me $3200. The customer rep told me to sell it on line. This store is a scam. They don’t disclose the details and make you sign a peace of paper telling you that this is for financing purposes. It turns out I signed the agreement which supposedly says that non adjustable bases are returnable but not the adjustable ones. None of it makes sense. Do NOT buy this mattress or the base. It is horrible and you will be stuck with it whether you like it or not.

Unsatisfied with bed. They have a policy to exchange within 30 days but they never answer the phone during business hours & the text option doesn't get a response either. Shouldn't have to physically travel to the store for what can be taken care of over Brief a discussion.

Poor customer service, salesmen do not disclose the final sale portion of the purchase. There's a reason you can only leave reviews per store. Because the corporate ranking would be very poor. Stay away from sleep number!
