“We were at another store in the plaza and saw the sign for Little feet. Having a toddler we decided to stop in. Yonique was so helpful. She measured our son’s feet for us so we could find the appropriate size shoe. She was so nice and helpful. Our son loves his new shoes. We will definitely be back.”

“I have been in a couple times throughout the past year, every time I go in I’m always greeted and asked if there’s anything I specifically want/ that I am looking for, this past time I went in granted it was a Wednesday afternoon and kind of slow, I had a good time honestly, Megan helped me out today, and I remember her helping me in the past!! She was amazing at making suggestions of items that where on discount that I didn’t even think about and also grabbing me different sizes while I was trying clothes on so I didn’t have to go through everything myself! Wasn’t planning on buying shoes but it was just comfortable I shop there, not many place will be as helpful as Megan and her coworker the day I went in! Definitely recommend this spot to everyone around me!!”
“Visited this store with an intent to try out ON brand shoes and the customer support I experienced was excellent.. that we went and bought 2 sets for me and my wife.
All the staffs were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to respond to the request.
Especially the store assistant manager Mr. Cason was very professional and spontaneous in fulfilling the request.
The store had Hoka, ASICS and ON brand sport apparels and had a great variety of items and collections. Definitely recommend this store.”

“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”
