I will never go to this place again. I bought a front carrier for my dog. I was told by store employee that if dog didn’t fit I could bring it back. It’s new never been used in box and was told today no return or store credit. So $50.00 down the drain.

If I could leave a negative I would. Called them at 2 PM today and they said they could work us in with our sick dog. we arrive there approximately at 4 PM and we sat and waited approximately two hours. By the time someone came out to help us it was 6 PM then they told us it was after hours and now they become urgent care which is pricey as you should know. Unprofessional and no personal feeling. They have a ton of staff and nobody tells you who they are or what they do. Our Dog looked to only have a UTI, possibly Bladder infection. They said she wouldn't pee and said they would probably have to do an Ultrasound! Are you joking? At this point We asked for our dog back which they had just taken back to do vitals. They will try to talk to you in the staying at the urgent care prices. I said to them: you said you would work as in but you workEd around us because we were the last ones standing in the lobby at 6 PM. Do not go there unless you enjoy frustration and spending money.

This practice mis leads you with their wellness plan , and doesn't inform you when it ends for the year they just roll the plan over and starts charging you without asking, Extremely over priced as well. Cant wait until my plans end as I now after learning what they do have on their files to notify when plan ends

If I could give 0 starts I would. Don't waste your time or money. Customer service is terrible, they don't follow up, they overcharge with unnecessary procedures to drive up costs. If you want to try to get online pet meds through a cheaper 3rd party they will not support it or help you or work with you or write a prescription. They are only in it for the money. You would have better service taking your pet to a butcher.

the worst hospital you can ever take your pet to especially an event of an emergency Jackie or Jacqueline was by far the rudest not the less sympathetic at all. I came in with my dog almost dying and they were more worried about money. I had an estimate that thankfully I have a copy of before we left that changed the moment we came to pick up our dog. When we came back she had no compassion for others or the pets that come into that facility. With no remorse just walked up told us our puppies were dead and walked away. I will make sure this isn't where it ends. They are also up charging people who doesn't fit their personal needs at that. I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL A PET HOSPITAL! PEOPLE WITH NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL!! I

I've been bringing my dog their for a few years and never had a real problem other than upselling. I recently took my German Shepherd there for something bothering her on the pad of her foot. The Dr. Barely took the time to look at it before she was giving me a price to remove a marble size "growth." I even went as far as asking if she was sure something wasn't stuck in there. Didn't even bother cleaning it up to look at it. Again, didn't even look at it close enough to consider other options besides a $1700+ growth removal. Yes...$1700+!!! That would have been more expensive than when I took her there to get fixed. It's been a week and the "growth" is gone and my girl walks fine. I don't mind paying for services when they are needed but this was an attempt to steal our money and I'll never trust them again.

I wanna let everybody know in Wesley Chapel, Spring Hill, Land O Lakes, all of Pasco County and anybody else beware of there practices they use scare tactics in order to sell you on their system of care I brought my dog in because he was shaking and he couldn't walk too well The doctor informed me that there was nothing orthopedic wrong with the dog keep in mind you my dogs are inside my dog is at the vet every three months my dog has given his medication for fleas Heartworms and anything else that my dogs need this doctor do not form a track of time to find out what happened to say that my dog was swollen and it wasn't orthopedic of course I didn't believe that my dogs nails were long I have travertine floors I believe he slipped but my wife to feel better should I still want to take him those scare tactics work $905 for bloodwork monitoring his heart because he said his heart rate was high she said that we took us two hours from the time that we called which is totally not true I called seven oaks 6:47 I got home at 6:55 o'clock my dog was in the car by 710pm I was there by 7:30 so the doctor says oh we found that he had anemia of course after $905 that's all they can find there's nothing wrong with his heart nothing wrong with the x-ray then the doctor said that the dog had a large spleen that could be inverted and causing him to have low red blood to be stored in his spleen or somewhere else in the body and high blood pressure a dog is in pain his heart rate will go up he will shake the doctor disagreed with me I told my wife to when is time that they're going to come back and say they want to keep them overnight for observation and other felonious remarks towards the dogs care she said that they will take the dog in because they close at 11 send him to a hospital put him on fluids I said well what is the cost for that she does I don't know it could be whatever dogs needs are during the time in the hospital will be charged accordingly I said what can happen she said anywhere from the fluids to blood transfusion to surgery whatever is he needs are that's what I knew it was totally full of s*** it was the biggest lie ever told me in my entire life little does she know that my job is investigate fraud by 9 o'clock leaving the vet my dog walked out of there pooped and was doing just fine after the doctor had just told me that he was not walking at all which was another total lied they need to be held accountable for what they did to me and my family I'm not the only victim of the practices there's another one that I read about a dog that they said was blind and that was a big lie also please be wary of these people just facility has no business taking care of anything they are a bogus extorting strong arming business that preys upon peoples emotions just get your money do not trust his people the next morning I'm at home with my dog he is walking in with no problem no signs of accelerated heart no signs of anything other than a happy dog what would happen if I let them care for my dog overnight I would've been robbed some more they are like the mob to extort money out of you they lie and lie Do not bring your animals to this place or support this business Do not shop there

My husband brought our 10 year old Chihuahua this past Sunday. Our dog had been reverse sneezing more than normal. Her right out was squinted and had a whitish color over the pupil. To make a long story short, the doctor on duty told my husband she thought the dog was blind and prescribed antibiotics for him to take home. I'm not a vet and I'm not sure why antibiotics would be given to a dog she thought was "blind". Two days later same symptoms occurred And my husband took her to our regular vet. The regular vet did x-rays just to be on the safe side, told us the dog was not going blind. She diagnosed my dog with an allergy and prescribed medication accordingly. An allergy and blindness are very different! I do not recommend taking your animal to this emergency hospital.

I discovered I am obligated to pay for a health wellness plan even after my dog died. The membership self renewed in April and I had to euthanize my dog in May due to oral cancer. Now they say I have to continue paying the membership until next year. Also they increased the membership without my consent from $39 to $45 per month. The vet suspected it was oral cancer, however he also went ahead and extracted 11 teeth to my almost 12 year old dog and did a deep teeth cleaning. That cost me $1200, however they are saying they gave me a discount with the wellness plan. I am very disappointed in Dr. Reddy and the whole staff at Seven Oaks. I requested for a call back and after 4 months of my fur baby's passing, no one has called me back. I can go on and on but honestly don't have the energy to tell you all the things that are wrong with this practice. Please do not go to Seven Oaks Pet Hospital.

You get what you pay for, unfortunately. They have very bad customer service, uncaring and unprofessional, and once they take your money ($1,500!), they then are too busy to be there for you and never call you back to answer your questions. Seriously, very, very disappointed. I'm looking for a better place for my cats! I recommend to stay away from this place! Also, the customer service people at this place are the most rudest, disrespectful, condescending, argumentative, unhelpful, and ignorant bunch of people who do not care about you nor your pet, and ONLY care about stealing and tricking you from your money. This place charges exhorbant amounts of money and make you feel you are forced into paying up. They treat you with such disregard and even threaten to send your amount to a collection agency if you cancel on them. Be careful and I recommend to find a better place to take your pets. I feel scammed and conned by them. Stay away in my opinion!
