I will never go to this place again. I bought a front carrier for my dog. I was told by store employee that if dog didn’t fit I could bring it back. It’s new never been used in box and was told today no return or store credit. So $50.00 down the drain.

Showed up during business hours and the door is open but no one is here to sell you dog food. At 12pm on a Sat when the sign says they’re open.

came in yesterday for some pet supplies and received help from an employee named donovan, he was very patient and did his very best to make sure i had a great shopping experience. i will be back!
