This Sam’s Club has never disappointed and neither has their customer service. In store with directions, returns, and even before the door when I had the pleasure of being greeted by Keyshawn while he was working on shopping carts. Between service like that and the app it’s actually a pleasant experience. Which means a lot from somebody that doesn’t enjoy getting groceries.

If you’re still shopping at Costco, do yourself a favor and check out Sam’s Club. I don’t think I could go back to Costco. There’s customer service here & there’s lots of options. It’s not an overly huge store so it doesn’t take hours to go through it to get everything on your list. And 5% back on gas that is already $.20-$.40/gal less than 3 gas stations within a mile! How do you beat that! (?️Pizza is better here too!)

Glad I switched to Costco. Customer service is hit and miss. Especially in the tire service area,the lady in the front thinks customers are obligated. No respect.
Products compared to Costco also not that great. Think twice before signing up with this Sams.

Somehow both rotisserie ovens are out service. Guess that’s not priority since they don’t make money from that product. I’m switching to Costco, they don’t seem to have all the problems that the deli has at SAMs in Wesley Chapel.

Very nice Sam's. Even has a 7 dollar car ? wash. Much bigger than the Brandon club.

I waited to post this hoping the issues would resolve but to no avail. Sams Club need to get rid of the ATT T-Mobile and Verizon. These people will lie to you to get a sale. They do not work directly with the company they represent they are independent dealers and are there to make a sale. I watch people walking down the aisle doing all the can to avoid the sales persons. 5 Months and still have not figured out what my invoice is going to be. So far 5 different cost. They are in Sams therefore they reflect on Sams.
