I had a great experience with Safelite. My windshield was cracked badly and needed full replacement. I had originally scheduled online to have it dine at my office, but then I needed to change it a couple days beforehand. It was really easy to schedule online and really easy to change online to have the work done at my house.Their system updated me via email and text frequently. I was contacted to let me know when to expect the technician to arrive, and I was alerted during the process to know when he would be finished.Brian did a fantastic job. He’s a really nice guy and did great work with the windshield replacement. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant.I highly recommend Safelite for windshield repairs!

Terrible can not speak with a person to get a quote automated prompts gives you online information then hangs up. Very poor customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled for a repair of my vehicle this morning. I received a text that the technician was on their way, a text that the technician was starting the repair, and a text that the repair was completed. After receiving the text that the repair was completed, I went out to check my vehicle. The damage to my windshield was worse. The technician did not knock on my door, ring my bell, or call me to let me know what happened. I had to call Safelite directly to find out what was going on. While on the phone, I expressed my concern about driving with a cracked windshield and was told "it is safe." I also told her that I did not want to get a ticket for driving with the cracked windshield and she replied, "You won't get a ticket, if you get pulled over let the officer know you have an appointment scheduled for the repair." I made an appointment to get a new windshield for Monday and advised the agent what happened with the technician. She apologized and sent a message to the manager. I received a call from the manager, Kayla, who advised me that they ordered my windshield and it will take another 7-10 days as it was not in stock and they are waiting for it directly from the dealer. I called my insurance company who was able to get me an appointment on Monday to fully replace my windshield with another company. I will NEVER use Safelite again. The last time I had a windshield replaced, the technician failed to fix the headliner and my husband had to glue it down. Very unprofessional!

Installed a windshield incorrectly causing the rearview mirror to pop off the next day. Came again to repair that issue and were very unprofessional when they showed up early and my wife had to car dropping the kids off at school. They left before we arrived back home.

Complete joke and waste of time,
Had an appointment scheduled to have my Windshield replaced on my work vehicle, Was scheduled for saturday, august 19 12 -5pm.

I have called numerous times and I cannot get to a live individual. The computer system cannot answer my questions and it does not allow me to talk to. You are given 3 choices to choose from and if it doesn't fit into their criteria you simply Cannot get an answer. This is a very poorer business model.

There was no same day service nor did they come to me as advertised, however from setting an appointment to delivering the car all went smooth.

Your tecs caused serious damage to my car this week. I am unable to get ahold of anyone, phone goes to voicemail. I've never even seen damage this bad to the body of the car caused before. In addition they had multiple other failures, breaks and having to re do the job all three times since Tuesday. How you have 3 employees and cause as much damage and mess up this many times is beyond me. I need management to contact me immediately to repair this damage.

They came out twice with the wrong piece of glass and told me to redo my order online instead of correcting the order and rescheduling me. The technician was great but the customer service was horrible. I've used them twice in the past but never again. I had Glass doctor finish the job. Very happy now.
