I was in the store yesterday afternoon and a guy with long hair and a burgundy red shirt helped me at the register. He helped but smelt very bad. It was very disturbing and made me not want to return.

Great shoe shop!! I buy all my shoes from Rack Room Shoes They always have great deals and bonus coupons and a rewards program.. This store also has a big wall of clearance shoes and i found good deals.. Nice employees.. very helpful

Went to the Citrus Park Mall store. First time there. Staff was friendly and helpful . They had a buy one get one half price off sale. Plus we got 2 ten dollar coupons for giving our e mail. We will go back
