I'm a sucker for a good crispy ice cold fountain yummy goodness Diet Pepsi. However in my recent visits to racetrac(s) the Pepsi fountain drink has been flat and warm. It makes me very sad ????. After wrangling 2nd graders all day, a girl just needs a drink.

What's the point of having a grab and go box for when the store is closed if the employee inside just ignores you? Stood outside for 10 min as the female employee just kept looking and walking past. Doors were locked due to being short staffed, i get it, but the sign said you can still buy with the grab an go window. A male employee came out, and I asked if they're using it, and he said no, we dont use that. When I asked why they have it, with a sign on the window to use it, his response was "I dont make the rules", and told me to talk to corporate.If you're not going to utilize it, then why even have it? At least acknowledge the customers trying to use it, and let them know you don't use it so they don't just stand there, or, remove the sign.

Place is trash. Can't even cash a $100 ticket. Save yourself some time and go to wawa 1/2 mile down the street.

I stopped by this location around 1:30 am to clean my car and so that I can use the restroom. I was followed into the restroom by several of the staff from Racetrac. As I left the gas station I forgot to get some coffee. I walked in again and as I waited for my coffee to finish pouring I noticed that another one of the staff from Racetrac decided to “ clean “ the dust from the coffee machines as he watched me the entire time. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome at this location. I recommend you are choose a different gas station chain. This place has terrible service.

I had to use the restroom in a serious way and this lady was cleaning the restroom, she popped out and I told her but she very rudely told me-“ honey you have to wait as I’m gonna mop the floor “. All she had to do is allow me. Rude. Unprofessional. Screw this place
