I had the great fortune to have Tom as my phlebotomist again, he should be the poster person for Quest especially for people that have had bad experiences with blood work, be it drawing or attitudes, attention to detail he is the best at it and listening to my concerns, Quest should consider keeping quality employees like Tom because I feel safe and well tended to with him every time. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TOM

I made an appointment for this location, never been here before, and it was great!! The nurse called me and she was very sweet, nice and polite,she took me to the room, and she said: I’m going to take care of you today, so, she did! First I was nervous but after talking to her for about 2 minutes Cassandra made me feel relax!!! She is the best!! I definitely recommend this locations for your labs!! My app was at 11:10 am I was out at 11:20am!!! Love it!!

The staff member was not friendly, as he doesn't want to be at work that day, he asked me to leave my small water bottle in the hallway!!! He couldn't find a spot to withdrawal my blood and presented guessing things. I didn't feel comfortable and decided to leave without blood withdrawal.

Please stay away from this place , I checked in as stand by machine said it could take 60 min to get served and I thought it was reasonable , the list was at 8 people and after an hour did not move stand by is only an illusion they will only take bookings and stand by will not get a place please do not get fooled stand by does not work , and staff is not helpful to explain there are other options

What a terrible experience we had today! I had booked back to back appointments for myself & my minor daughter for bloodwork. I put in her info (name, DOB, etc) but my contact info (phone, email, etc). A staff member called Tom insisted that I give him her private information for her to go in for her appointment! He wanted us to step outside and forsake her appointment and got loud & rude. Even though the other staff members were very nice, I’m not going there again.

Continently located, very clean, timely and thorough. I especially enjoyed the text message link I received which allowed me to check-in once I arrived just by going to the link.
