We needed some clothes dry cleaned, so after searching nearby options, I decided to try Quality Plus Cleaners. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be courteous and efficient, making the drop-off process quick and straightforward. I handed over five items, and the customer service representative assured me they would be ready within 3-4 days.
True to their word, the clothes were ready on time, and the quality of the cleaning was excellent. The garments looked fresh, well-pressed, and were carefully packaged. While the service itself met my expectations, the pricing was notably high compared to other cleaners I've used in the past, which was a bit disappointing.
In summary, Quality Plus Cleaners provided reliable service and great results, but the cost was quite steep, so it may not be the best choice if you're looking to save on dry cleaning.

I have the most pleasant experience with Cynthia and Sandra. I got 3 pair of pants tailored by Sandra and they fit perfectly. I will definitely return.

I have been coming to Quality Plus Cleaners for 4 years. They have ALWAYS been professional, fast, and good. I wear alot of sport jackets and shirts and they always come back clean and faster than I expect. I have had buttons replaced, Jeans sewed up, and had them fix one of my Jackets inseam that was screwed up by the manufacturer. HIGHLY RECCOMEND THEM!

Worst service ever, they charged me $40 for my expensive dress. When I picked it up its back beads were broken, after complaining guy at the store said he can’t do any thing. Don’t give your expensive clothes.

Great experience! Jessica is fantastic. I always get my clothes on time . Great place !! They also remind you by text and by email when clothes are ready and when you can go pick them up which is very convenient.

Gave them a white shirt that I only wore once. When I picked it up, it faded down 2 tones. I wouldn’t want to wear it again. I did make sure that it was my shirt that I got back. Also, the place is pricey. Been there twice and there’s nothing special about the place. It’s like throwing away extra money..
