Don’t recommend it at all.My son went there for the first day and he said the worst day of his life .If your kid already go there you should ask them how they feel.Horible service too

This company is -5 stars!!!! Do not trust them with your children they do not have any sign in or sign out books they let anyone pick up your kids they have a authorized pick up list online but none of the coaches utilize it or even check the IDs of anyone picking up the children. My child lost three namebrand jackets in the care of these coaches transporting from school to the after Care location (he was only in kindergarten so I would think being that they are adults they would help a five year old keep up with his stuff but apparently not). They stated that they allow the kids to do homework and that they would help them but not one piece of homework was completed with the coaches and I attempted to address it with multiple coaches as well as management. When I asked management about it they say that I’m not coaches were not participating I hope insurgent with homework so they cut out doing homework all together even though that’s what they initially offered. There is so much inconsistency with the coaches they change all the time none of them really know any of the children or the children’s names. My child because of my work schedule had to be there extended periods of time they get there around about 2:30 PM on a typical day and typically I wouldn’t pick him up until about 6-6:30 where I learned that he has been outside for the entire four hours and he has asthma. Once I concluded that this was not a good fit for my child the owner took it upon herself to end my child’s enrollment the very next day. She would not talk to me directly about the matter she sent me an email even though I attempted to call her directly stating that the payment did not lineup for him to stay the remainder of the month even though I paid for the entire month. At this time it was $265 a month The payment was withdrawn late December but went through on January 1 and she stated that he had to leave by the 21st. She would not speak to me about the matter but was sending emails as I was calling her. She is unprofessional and her business is a total joke. Not to mention there has been multiple issues with bullying and THEFT! Worst black owned business I have ever supported or business in GENERAL!
