Stunning selection of furniture! Ladies working were extremely helpful and attentive, even though we just went to take a look! Everyone was super warm and welcoming, and the chairs were all so comfortable!

Today 09/02/2024 I visited Pottery Barn and was assisted by a sales associate named Carol, who kindly helped me find a dinner set I was looking for, which was on sale. Carol assured me that the entire set (12 items) was included at a discounted price. However, when it came time to pay, another associate rang me up, and upon checking the box, we noticed a bowl was missing. The second associate then claimed the discount was due to the missing bowl—something Carol had never mentioned. When I pointed this out, the associate insisted it was the correct price.
I left the store feeling disappointed and frustrated. Having spent over $20k on furniture and home decor at Pottery Barn, I expected better service and transparency. I would have appreciated it if the original price Carol quoted was honored instead of being met with excuses. This experience has left me with a bitter taste and has definitely impacted my perception of the store.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON SALE HERE...NO RETUNRS FOR ANY REASON! I'm very disappointed in this store, after always feeling that they were a good merchant to support, my opinion changed today when I tried to return a set of four nice cork-backed placemats. The items were "on sale" apparently, and they have a "no return" policy for items bought on sale. Quite disappointing.

Bought a Pottery Barn Mattress online from their website for $2800 along with the farmhouse poster bed. Within 6 mos it was coming apart from the seem on the side. Went through the warranty process which they agreed to replace but they tell you which bed is comparable and do not have to give you the same one purchased. There are no returns when you get a replacement. Fast forward 4 weeks latter and I can feel the springs coming thru the pillow top. No way was this bed comparable to the one I bought for $2800. Beware their furniture is not as good as what they charge. Never again.

I would not use this design service. This designer ordered us a mismatched console set. I didn't think I had to check a designer recommended order for something like this - but apparently I should have! She ordered us two cabinets for the ends of our console - that both open to the right - instead of one to the right and one to the left. Thousands of dollars later --- It took us 5 months to get it - the designer never checked the status of our order and let it sit for one month in Georgia warehouse. Customer Service took 8 months to finally issue us a credit to purchase the correct "matched" ends. Now the price went up $60 and Pottery Barn expects us to pay for the difference! The design manager doesn't reply to emails. Sent 3 - no reply. This order alone was $10,000.00 we spent, and we had other areas to furnish in our home. The entire Pottery Barn experience has been a joke and we will never order from this company again. Ever.**Cody is the best thing in this store - he should transfer.

Visited the store for light fixtures. Good collection but can be better. Ended up choosing a sofa. Dint have any bad experience but not a warm one either. Location is very good and has clean restrooms.

The manager Chris is very brisk and rude. Only selectively chooses who he wants to help. Perhaps he’s burnt out but the way you treat your customers is a reflection of the store. Please be better.

I went to the store and purchased in stock items in May 2023. They didn't get delivered until the very end of September and an integral part was missing from the delivery! I called and they said they get five days to find the missing piece and if not they'll order a replacement. I called on October 6th, after the 5 business days, and they said ordered a replacement piece because they can't find the missing item. Here it is November 14th -- 6 months from ordering 'in stock' items -- and still no word from anyone. No missing piece. No final assembly. No one ever calls or follows up. I have to spend my time trying to track things down. It's just been a horrible experience from the moment I left the store.

I love Pottery Barn more than words can say but something changed. You just can’t get any furniture delivered that isn’t damaged and getting it replaced is an act of congress. I’m on my 6th replacement attempt and unfortunately the managers at the stores are not empowered to make a difference. It’s like a wall of bureaucracy that just can’t be broken. If I can pick something up in the store and see it’s in good shape I’ll still purchase from them but if it has to be shipped to me or the store I would soon rather stab my eyeballs out. It’s such a shame a company could be so broken!

I have always appreciated the quality of the (many) Pottery Barn purchase I have made. What makes the Wesley Chapel Pottery Barn even better is the customer service. Cody was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend!
