Mariah in the grooming department has been taking care of my dog for several years now. She is really the only person I trust with my dog and she always does a fantastic job with the services we elect with her. She is curtious, professional and timely. Due to her skills and just being a kind person, I would recommend for you ask for her next time you stop in.

I almost always find what I need when I shop at PetCo, and if I can't, the associates there always have a helpful and reasonable explanation as to why I couldn't find it. The associates there are helpful and treat the customers with respect. They look like they enjoy their jobs, and that's great to see in a business.

I had bad luck with my guppies here at Petco and a few days later brought them back after they had passed for a refund, and they greatly handled the situation, giving me a full refund, testing my water and helping me with the resources to further progress in my fishing hobbies I will definitely be back in a few days to a week to give it another shot. AJ helped me out with the transaction and customer service and was very understanding and informative.

Anytime I've gone to this Petco, it's been a pretty cool time. My little guy can be picky with his food (which is a bummer) but he's enjoyed most of the treats some of the staff have suggested to get him. I have had really nice interactions with different people on staff who seem to genuinely care about being able to help. It's honestly a little dumbfounding seeing some of the reviews people have left. Oh well, I've thankfully had only good things to say about this particular location.

My girlfriend told an employee that she was interested in buying a snake and asked if she could hold one. He refused her request saying that there was a “policy” that didn’t allow them to let customers hold the animals, despite her explaining that she has experience with snakes and wanted to potentially buy one. My girlfriend left to go back to the car because she was so upset while I searched online for said “policy”. After finding no such policy, I went back inside to talk to the employee. He defended himself by saying that he couldn’t let everyone hold the animals but the store was nearly empty and there were multiple available workers to help other customers. After expressing my frustration, I said goodbye, to which he responded, “this is a Petco, not a petting zoo.” My girlfriend has held snakes there numerous times before without any issues, so there is no reason why today should have been any different. As a regular customer at this Petco, I am deeply disappointed at how rudely my girlfriend and I were treated. That type of response from an employee should not be acceptable, and he should absolutely not be working there. We definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Had brought my grand dog in .they where super nice on the phone even told me about a discount for first time..I got here like 20 min early and they took her right in.everyone was so nice to us..and very informative.
