My car broke down had them do a diagnostic test on it claimed it was the starter which there was nothing wrong with it from another mechanic and on top of that they claimed that there wasn't any oil in it which again wasn't true and they put more oil in it which means that they either put too much oil in or drained it first and stated that I needed a new engine Said I think not and I want my money back

Dealership advertised on their website a Sentra for $12,997. Called to verify the car was indeed there to come take a look at it and possibly purchase, provided the condition of the vehicle checked out. Dealer confirmed car was there. Get there and they had the wrong car pulled up for us to take a look at. Then notice the correct car across the lot. Salesperson, then quotes a completely different price ($18,000) to what is advertised- meanwhile we have the advertised price in hand showing him. In addition to this debacle, said salesperson then gives us another 'out-the-door' price of an additional $5,800 in fees/etc.. Salesperson then says, 'that's just the price'. This dealership and sales tactics are a complete joke. Needless to say, we did not give them our business. Anyone even considering this dealership to buy a car from, DO NOT!!

I should know better third time I guess was the charm this time in the service department. Once again, things were not fixed correctly, and now I have dangling parts. Only way to fix it is to replace an entire windshield that's not cracked or broken per Darren a service agent. Oh, he can get his windshield guy in and glue it back on for $85 but he doesn't know that that will fix it or not is the only fix there is is a brand new windshield on a camera that has been replaced and worked on three times, that's why I bought the car in Tampa to begin with because they did the same thing to me with my other vehicle so once again, I will seek elsewhere help because I promise it's no help to be given there. Also, Darren told me don't come back. I promise you I won't be back and everyone I know I will make sure they know about the Nissan dealership in Wesley Chapel.

Was baited with a low sticker price. My mistake for not READING THE FINE PRINT. Dealer fees galore!!! Buyer beware. Car ended up being 6K. more not including Tax Tag & Title!! Typical why most consumers despise car dealerships

Fadi Hanna sold us our new red Rogue. I can't say enough about our experience with Fadi. He was very attentive and the consummate professional with us. I suggest you seek out Fadi and let him guide you through the process.

I've had my Nissan serviced by these guys for over a year now. Good prices, polite technicians. I am very careful with my car, and the employees always know this and help me with this) Yaz and Philip are the best service workers.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They are overpriced and into fraudulent activity. Lie and make promises for just about anything to get a sale. Was told they would tint windows and even give 3 tanks gas if I made purchase. will say they can get financing and then after having car over a week and tint windows myself out of pocket, they demand car back with threats of putting repossessio fees and daily charges on me. Tried to sale me a used car that had safety issues. Now refusing to give me back $6000 down payment I put on car! BBB needs to pay them a visit. can't believe morgan auto group would associate their name with this place. Had to hire a lawyer to handle for me. So don't advise anyone to do business here

Bought a vehicle here, my old registration and plate was supposed to be transferred to the new vehicle. It's been over 30 days and I still have no registration. I was given a temporary registration because the DMV was down. Still over 30 days nothing. No one answers the phone. When I did get ahold of the sales man I was told they will mail it I would get it in 1-2 business days it's been over a week and yet still no registration. Like I said before the finance team is horrible and needs to do better. So as of this moment I don't even know if the car is registered because I am getting the run around smh

I rarely leave reviews. It takes something that I feel is completely morally wrong before I will take the time to do this. My daughter purchased a car from Wesley Chapel Nissan. We noticed the latch was broken on the trunk and it would not open. The sales person said come back anytime -no problem and we will fix that. My daughter lives far away and couldn't get back there until several months later and instead of fixing it they said it will cost almost $700 and they won't touch it. She waited too long. What they don't know is everyone in my family drives beautiful luxury cars and we would have upgraded my daughters car eventually if they had honest customer service. I'm friends with so many people in Tampa socially and I will definitely get the word out. I recommend you do not spend your hard earned money here. Instead of the sales manager spending $20 to fix this problem they have lost several car sales.

So apparently this dealership disputes negative reviews and Google will remove them for them. Much like the service surveys they bury!!! They screwed up on a basic service and knew the survey was going to go bad and instead of being honorable and calling me and trying to fix it they blew me off and buried the survey and took my email out of the system. Great job Kevin!!! I had another Nissan store check for me and they actually went into the master Nissan system and erased my email so I would not get a survey! This was truly the worst excuse for a service department I have ever seen. Kevin is nice enough but the techs are a joke and messy and they can erase this review too so no accountability. Had they offered to make things right instead of trying to make excuses as to why they failed a basic service I would have been reasonable with the survey. Now I am about to make it a MISSION to make sure these people don't silence the truth! SUA SPONTE!

this place tried to charge me almost everything out of pocket for warranty work. said my intake and my line out converter are voiding my warranty. a k&n that is tried and true and proven which they will fight for you as well if they try to deny coverage based off that. my issue isn't related. they told me my amp that was installed which is NOT actually connected or on was the cause for my transmission problems. said "the power wire to the amp being close to the motor is sending erroneous signals to the computer" totally not plausible. They litterally have tried to argue out of everything warranty related now by feeding me nonsense. I brought it to the attention of the manager as well as other issues for a recall on my fathers truck which wasnt performed TWICE now and was told to come back after setting an appointment and confirming the part is in stock. They once treated me pretty well. Considering we've bought 4 new titans through my family it is the last time we ever come here for service. Bunch of kids That work here are unprofessional and rude. initially they did us well. Now everyone I speak to in The service area has made a joke of this. I will absolutely persue legal action if required to fight my case. I'd also like to note when I dropped my Titan off I told them I needed a rental they made an appointment for me. I show up they tell me there's no rentals And send me to enterprise. I get there to be told they haven't payed anything and id have to pay out of pocket. Out of much frustration and wasting my time I called the dealer to complain. They came back and picked me up and magically a rental appeared. Upon picking it up another service person came up and asked for a list of rentals requesting a truck To which they had several rentals. How rude this place is. I'll trade my truck in for a new tundra now instead of the new 9 speed Titan I wanted just to avoid this joke of a place..

Wesley chapel Nissan LIED to me and told me I needed to do an inspection in order to buy out my lease. Once they did the inspection no surprise they found things to fail the inspection and then told me I needed to do the repairs to pass my inspection in order to buy out my lease. I didn't do the repairs but they had me pay for the inspection. Later I find out that the inspection is not needed to buy out a lease. This dealership is not trustworthy. If you have a lease and want to buy out do NOT go to dealership. Ever!

Be EXTREMELY wary of shopping at this location. Prices change, promises change, contracts change, financing changes, word change & Jonathan Depietro is an absolute liar. The owner sits up on the second story office looking down upon his victims.
