Took my son for his first pedi ever. I told the girl it was his first time. She did his and a guy did mine. They weren't personable. My toe nails were cut uneven and left with dirt. My feet were not scrubbed enough and left rough and dry. No drinks were offered. My son was not informed the chair was a massage chair. Poor customer service and care for the cost.

Very clean place, I have been going there for over a year. I love when Anna does my nails , she is very creative and patient when it comes to the manicure and pedicure. Definitely recommending to visit the salon, make sure you will call to schedule an appointment prior your visit, they do get very busy.

Owner please be aware of Cristal the nail tech.
I have been going to Nail Kingdom for a while now. Paying $125 dollars on full set and pedi everytime plus a generous tip to Cristal. To have her continously be rude and roll her eyes every time she shaves and cuts my skin and I voice to her the pain.
She is rude and not doing a great job leaving my nails super thick and square looking like Frankenstein lol..
Thank you Cristal for the horrible service. Good luck

The service there is very bad I asked for regular manicure and talked like 2 hours from them was the worse experience ever I'm sorry for the money I spent which is not Al little I spend like 70$ for something i can do at home

We love Nail Kingdom. As a mom of three girls, we are there often. We love it because they’re efficient, do nice work, and the facilities are clean. I have been going there for many years and have never had a negative experience. Jaime and Crystal always make our experience nice and comfortable.

I've been getting my nails and eyelashes done at Nail Kingdom for years. Even though I've moved to Gainesville, I'm still willing to drive two hours back to get my nails and eyelash extensions done there. Niki, who does my nails, is amazing—she's super sweet and always takes my nails to the next level, beyond what I show her. The prices are fair too. Yo-yo, who does my eyelashes, makes them look natural and pretty; I love it. She also does a wonderful job on nails. Overall, it's amazing!

We walked in at 12 and asked for the basic acrylic set. They told us come back in a couple hours and we did. They set our appointment for 2pm, we came back on time, and they still made us wait over half an hour. We confirmed when we first came in, when we came back, and just before we started that we wanted the basic set and what the price would be. Both of our techs stopped multiple times for personal conversations and took forever to do our nails. They messed up the acrylic and my friend had to get hers redone; she didn't get finished until just before I did the first time around and she started almost an hour before me. When my tech finally finished, they charged me almost double the price they said it would be even though the price had been confirmed three times before they started and I specifically asked for the basic set all three times. I picked out my nail color from the non-gel section twice. But they still charged the gel price because they switched my polish at the last minute. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the guy told me they would have to soak off the set and could refund me $50 and I have witnesses because I had him on speakerphone when he said it. I come back inside and the tech was trying to argue me down about giving me only $5 back. She used the electric file to take off the polish which made the nails look even more raggedy than they already did. Giving me only $15 back when I was told I would get back more, and doesn't even cover the difference, is insane. They also added on all these sneaky little fees that I've never heard of at a salon. We can see what the prices are and specifically asked for the basic set three times before they even started. Our nails look a mess, I've had $7 press-ons that look more professional. In total they wasted almost 4 hours of our time, we were there from just before 2pm and didn't leave until 5:30 pm and they charged us almost double what we asked to get, and the quality is even worth one-third of this. This salon is such a scam. I've gotten better quality at a grocery store and paid only a fraction of what this place charges. I wouldn't even get my nails done here again if they paid me.

Clean and bright inside. They have a good color selection and quality color application. Husband came with for his first pedicure -Amy did a great job for him. He will also be back.

Jamie is the best! She does my nails exactly as I ask and they always look perfect. She is very meticulous about her work. She also gives incredible foot and leg massages!!! I have been getting my nails done for years by many different people, and Jamie is by far my favorite!Services: Foot massages
