The wash itself was not bad, but there is absolutely no extra equipment or cleaning supplies other than vacuums. The pinnacle is before I even had my car washed, I was asked to give a tip and afterwards, nobody came to help with anything, I’ve been to a few car wash places like this, and they have guys running around the vacuum area, offering to wipe down your car or help out with things, but this had none of that. I’m greatly disappointed at the expectation for tipping without doing any actual service besides directing your car into the car wash line.

This use to be my “go to” car wash but unfortunately, I won’t be returning. They don’t even offer towels anymore but meanwhile they gave two to a different customer. How is that fair? When I asked for a towel, the kid just shook his head “nope”, didn’t even care. Sorry I even tipped these guys prior. 17 dollars (15 + 2 tip) was such a ripoff. The worst part is the car wash left soap on my jeep, which is horrible for paint.Big disappointment. With so much surrounding competition I would hope the new owners would raise their standards to such poor service.

No towels or glass cleaner, vacuum was broke, wash didnt do a good job. Wont be back. Use to be a nice wash. What happened

Imagine making a simple car wash a bad experience. I was so put off by the attendant hovering over me at the SELF SERVICE kiosk. I understand and appreciate them having staff/attendants in the event you do need help. Otherwise I do not need you at my door, trying to upsale me on a monthly membership. I thanked him and expected him to move along. Nope, he stood there awkwardly watching me decide what wash I wanted. It was just weird.Then has the audacity to ask if I want to leave a TIP!! Like many other people I want to drive up, pay for my wash and go. Not feel harassed by a bunch of questions or babysat by the employees.

Right before closing paid for the 2nd to best wash they offer. The entire back of my explorer is filthy, and the tires were not shined. You call the phone number online and it's not even their phone number, its some digital client joke.I usually use island car wash, i have a membership there," WAY BETTER" but if you live In Wesley Chapel, you know. Sometimes the traffic's bad so I thought I would try MISTER.... ....................WELL THEY MISSED HER ALRIGHT.

DON’T GO here to wash your car people. Your car will get damaged and they won’t pay for your repairs. The first thing that comes out of their mouth is you got a pre-existent condition. They don’t have any proof or any footage of the pre-existing condition like they said. REALLY BAD. From headquarters to low down management. Beware people.

Was much better wash with old equipment . After mister took over and install new equipment some of the brushes don’t even touch the car. Back of the car never getting any cleaning.

Absolutely the worst car wash by far!! No mat wash station, NO towels, No windex and still charge the same as the places that I’ve been to that have had all that! Should’ve looked at your 1 &1/5 rating before going!! Extremely disappointed!

I was searching for a car wash near me and came across Mister Car Wash that offers car wash with a machine. They also provide free vacuum service with the car wash.Upon reaching the service, I was greeted at the check-in process by the staff. Since it was my first time at the service, the staff gave me an overview of the different car wash services they offer. After considering all the options, I chose the base plus wash service.The team provided a great service and my car was washed well with the base plus service. It removed all the dust from the outside of the car and made it look clean. I was impressed by the amazing service provided by Mister Car Wash.Services: Vacuuming

This the worst car wash I have ever experienced, from start to finish they employees barely rinse the car as your going through the tunnel only one side of the car, the machine scratches my car No Towels ,No glass cleaner I discovered another Mister car wash the same .that not being all I go to vacuum my car and poor vacuuming Suction , no area/prep station as many car washes I have gone to have to clean bugs off as this is Florida and love bug season is twice a year. And my car still was DIRTY. I just feel this car wash is a waste of one's time and money!

What a waste! Having to deal with some kid trying to sell you a membership was annoying. I ended choosing a platinum wash for $20 as my car needed a good wash and some tire shine. Then the tip screen was a joke….who am I tipping and for what? Get to the wash and it was obvious the first kid was talking through a headset to the other kid cracking jokes. So he sprays a mist of water on my windshield which I don’t know what that was supposed to do. Then the wash was so minimal I think it was 95% just a water wash with barely any soap. When I got home and the car dried I saw no shine on my tires. Just a total waste and wish I could get my money back. Don’t go here! You’d get a better wash from a Florida downpour.

There is a car wash on almost every corner on Highway 54 in Wesley Chapel. Mister has raised prices, stop providing towels, and no glass cleaner. They only accept credit cards.Drive a few blocks down the street and find a better service oriented car wash.

Great franchise! We have the memberships and use many different locations to keep our vehicles clean.Most have towels and sprays to use while using the free vacuums.

This car wash is trash now. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple miles down 54 to use one of the other places the provides better service.
