We arrived and were immediately taken care of. They provided coffee and excellent snakes while we waited for an oil change. Derek also provided a complimentary car wash as well for our Clubman

We have been very pleased with the service and hospitality of this business. I like that our mechanic did a video of the service being done on the car and any recommendations he might have. My only suggestion is that I don't think they should charge me a surcharge to use my credit card. I think they should absorb that cost.
