John was great to work with. He got my unit and paperwork setup over the phone. And he assigned me a unit that was easy to get to with just me and my 15-year-old son unpacking the truck was very helpful to have an easy to get to unit.

Even though they promote as being able to move in 24/7 you cannot because you cannot get the locks. We bought a lock online and they didn’t have it in the unit. We tried to purchase another through the kiosk because our car was full of stuff to move but the kiosk was also out of locks. So we had to go back and unpack everything. So disappointing and made for a frustrating experience. I will have to go back tomorrow during business hours and try to get a lock

Excellent experience with Metro self storage company in Wesley Chapel, FL! Not only were they quick to respond and reasonably priced, they also went out of their way to contact me when they did a routine walk through and called me to let me know I did not lock my storage unit properly. Being out of state at that time, I am glad to know the staff does walkthroughs to ensure all units are locked to prevent careless mistakes from becoming problems later. I highly recommend this place to store your goods.
