New to the area and this was our first experience at the dealership. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. Our service advisor Mike was great! He was upfront, clear and provided info along the way. The work was completed timely and done well! Very satisfied.

Service advisor was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately their computers were down and I was not given (and I'm still waiting) , for an invoice / Inspection report of my vehicle. Upon receipt of my vehicle it seemed obvious the tires were rotated as every tire sensor was lit up, but I have no written proof that the proper maintenance was done..... other than the oil change and wiper blade being changed.

Scheduled an appointment at 8:00 in the morning to drop off my car for an oil change and to add air to my tires. Got there and wasn’t on the schedule but thankfully I had to conformation email to prove my appointment. Definitely a LACK of communication between the service staff and the technicians. I went on a road trip 2 days after my service only to get an hour and a half away and my tire gage light came on….. UNIMPRESSED!

Our MB E350 displayed "12 volt battery critically low". I called MB of Wesley Chapel for an appointment, and brought it in about 90 minutes later. The dealer is about 45 minutes from my house. When I arrived, the message did not reappear.
The service tech said we had not run the car for a week, two weeks before. True. We were out of town. But we had returned and been running it around town on errands.
He also said the car had been left on in the Accessory mode for 90 minutes. BUT - the date he said that happened was while we were out of town. The car was in a locked garage, with the system in Standby. So that was impossible.
But - he said it test "good".
The result was: they said the battery was fine and they would not replace it under warranty.
I was satisfied with the care and attention of Susan, our advisor. But NOT with the outcome. I feel I was left with a questionable battery.

Matthew Schronce was the Technician that attended me. He was very polite and professional. He explained the diagnostic procedure & the recall item. He addressed all of my questions and made sure all concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the experience.
