We were looking to purchase a GT 43 or GT 53, so we decided to go and see what they could offer. However, we were never greeted or offered assistance. We walked around the show room and looked at the cars available on their lot. While we walked by the managers' desk, people looked at us but did not acknowledge us or say hi. Nobody seemed interested in talking to us. Guess we will take our business elsewhere.

If you're in the market for an oil change BOY is this the place for you! For $600.00 They will dust off the bumpers twist open 5 quarts of oil add a chinese aftermarket oil filter and send you on your way. No kidding folks - I was just literally told/sold a song and dance to get my money!

After financing different vehicles for almost 20 years and dealing with different dealerships, this dealership was the worst car buying experience ever. I went in at 6pm to purchase a car. Waited 2 hrs to be told to come back the next day. After I went back to close the next day, their finance manager changed the interest rate to an APR 26.5% at the last minute. This is after I had already insured the vehicle and signed for a an APR of 7.5%. I was left speechless to the way this was handled. I have never been offered a double digit percentage to purchase a vehicle and to make it worst, they wasted my time by having me come in again to try to sucker me into this kind of deal. This kind of behavior is unethical and unacceptable. Especially when dealing with a retired military veteran. Would definitely not recommend anyone to go waste their time or money there.

I purchased a new AMG E53 and I ended up having a horrible experience, so bad I felt the need to share and warn other people about this dealership to stay far away. At first everything seemed to be going fine other than just time consuming when purchasing a car but I can live with that. I was dealing with a saleswomen named Ashley. This was when it started to take an unprofessional turn. I thought it was odd when she made a big deal about the amount my mortgage was when she was asking questions doing the paperwork. I find it unprofessional for her to comment on that. I got the sense she didn't know her job very well. She couldn't explain things in a clear and concise manner and everything took a long long time. She also scheduled an appointment to have the windows tinted on a day the window tinter wasn't there. I showed up to the dealership for nothing because there is a lack of communication or incompetence. When I drove my brand new car home (37 miles on it) I witnessed a mouse or a small rat that ran across the front windscreen by the window wipers on the outside. I thought this was a bit concerning but honestly at the time I didn't think too much of it and didn't think it would turn into a huge problem. Shortly after buying the car (two weeks because I was traveling a lot for work) I was driving the car again and once again another mouse or rat ran across the the windscreen. Long story short my wife ended up finding a nest of multiple rodents inside the engine, chewing things up! I was not happy at all about this considering it's a new car. It was an absolute cluster going back to the dealership to find a solution to this problem. At first they told me if I wanted to exchange the car I would only get a trade in value for having a used car despite it being only two weeks old and the fact they sold me a car with a family of rodents damaging things. I wasn't going to have that. They ended up finding me a new car that was almost identical. I went in to do the paperwork with Ashley again. She had a difficult time explaining things. She had the worst attitude and no joke ended up giving me the silent treatment!!! I know teenagers that are more mature and respectful than she is. They could care less about my business as far as I'm concerned. I ended up having another hard inquiry on my credit. The financial person tried to convince me that Mercedes gave me 10k off which was absolutely BS, in fact my monthly payments went up slightly and there was a feature on the new car that was missing compared to the rodent car. To sum up, do not use this dealership... go somewhere where you are treated with respect and where rodents damaging engines won't be an issue... 1. Time wasted 2. Sales person giving me the silent treatment like a moody teenager, not answering questions clearly, time consuming and a lack of care 3. Mice or rats living in the engine damaging things 4. Appointments scheduled on days where they don't show up wasting more of my time 5. A more expensive monthly payment for less of a car and Mercedes not even bothering to offer to put in the missing items that was in the rodent car or finding a solution 6. A financial person trying to convince me Mercedes out of the kindness of the heart took 10k off the price tag. How about don't sell me a car with rodents in it in the first place!!!!! How can you say that when my monthly payments have gone up! 7. A store manager that as far as I'm concerned not bothered making things right for me and could care less about my business in the future 8. An additional hard inquiry on my credit score This is the last time I'll buy a Mercedes and I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Try BMW or Audi, I'm pretty sure they don't have rodents in their cars. This place is a joke and they could care less about their clients. Couldn't be more dissatisfied and disappointed.

First off let me tell you that My sales person Brandon was wonderful, but this dealership should be ashamed!! About a week and a half ago I contacted the dealer looking at a 2023 Jeep wrangler Rubicon. Brandon and I went back-and-forth for a couple of days because the vehicle was supposedly in transit to his dealership. Finally when the vehicle arrived I went to see it. It was everything that I wanted. Unfortunately, we couldn't come to a deal. Both Brandon and the sales manager Zach reached out to me about trying to make it work, and I was frankly frustrated. Then yesterday I was contacted by Brandon stating that sales manager was willing to work with me and make me a great deal. The used cars sales numbers were down so they would Offer me more money on my trade so that we could make the deal. I get a call today after I provided my card to "hold it" for 24 hours with a $500 deposit and I'm told that the vehicle was transferred to another dealership and sold. That is ridiculous and just bad business. Plus it's still available on their website! Why ask for a deposit if you're just gonna transfer the car out! Then call me on the day of appointment to sign the papers to tell me that the vehicles gone and try by offering me a different vehicle! Don't trust the management here!!! Brandon is the only reason I gave them a second chance! Poor management!!! This would be a zero if it was an option!!!

Terrible customer security when calling. The reps I have spoken with act completely oblivious when asked simple questions. I asked to be transferred to the service department and they had no idea of what I was speaking of. (I was shocked). Eventually I was transferred to someone else and I asked the simple question: "I caught a nail in my tire, and would like to make a service appoint to replace it. Do you have any availability on Saturday?" My question was never answered. They gathered a bunch of my personal info from me and then I was hung up on. I called Mercedes back and they advised if I had already purchased the tire they cannot help me. This was a lie, as I have worked with the Mercedes location on Dale Mabry as well as this one, and they have placed tires on my vehicle before. Terrible customer service, no empathy whatsoever. The Mercedes brand has really changed when it comes to customer service and how customers are treated when it's time for a service. When paying hiked labor prices you would think you could at least have a positive experience. At this point I really don't see the luxury of having a Mercedes anymore. Never again.

For some unknown reason, this dealership does not provide customers with a written estimate prior to commencing work on their vehicle. Customers are therefore denied the right to determine whether they wish to have the service performed based on the cost. This is a real problem!!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Brianna Ojeda at Mercedes-Benz of Wesley Chapel and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I can confidently say that this was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had, and it completely overshadowed any positive aspects of my experience with the dealership. My first flag was how difficult it was to get in touch with Brianna (my representative), she was supposed to send me updates of my vehicle and it was me who was calling her all the time, and each time she seemed disinterested and was in no hurry to resolve my issue. I couldn't support was the lack of Empathy from you, that is intolerable, and your Institution shouldn't have people that don't provide good customer service and not making feel any consumer a "Valuable Costumer", being honest, I felt discriminate. For people like her your business loses a lot of revenue, just because how you make me feel I'll never go back to that place.

Horrible service department!!!! My car had a flat and had the Mercedes Roadside Assistance tow my car to the Mercedes of Wesley chapel's service department. The only positive experience I had was with the Mercedes Roadside Assistance, they really provided the red carpet experience. The roadside assistance was very professional and super efficient. However, when the mechanic replaced my tire, they broke my wheel cap with the Mercedes emblem. They said that they would replace the one that they broke but would have it shipped to my home. When I received the new wheel cap, it was the wrong one. I've reached out to them multiple times and even emailed Matthew Schronce on September 2, 2023, and it's now September 23, 2023, with no response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

took my C300 into dealership because the sim navigation card did not work. Charged me $280.00 for diagnosing something I already knew. wanted sell me an updated card for $650.00. found on Amazon for +$29.99. I understand they need to make a profit but $620.00 is outrageous. make sure you get upfront pricing. beware of this dealership

The people I met we're always friendly and helpful, have only minor things done but with no problem The only thing is, they are way overpriced in everything, tires ... I paid almost 400 $ for one, needed two more and got two for that price. They wanted me to have air filter, spark plugs and battery replaced, quoted a price of 2000.-$ , checked other place 500-600. Driving Mercedes doesn't mean I don't watch what stuff cost . So overall satisfied but overpriced

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPT!!! I purchased a G-Wagon from these folks and low and behold, less than 2700 miles on it, I'm broke down on the highway. They came to get me (which was nice) and they replaced the fuel pump and brought back my car super filthy. Then my car has the check engine light AGAIN, 2 days after they fixed the fuel pump. They now replace the gas tank..... I wait for 5 more days to get the car back.... then they bring back the car after replacing the new gas tank TOTALLY EMPTY. Worse service department ever...... Highly recommend that you go ELSEWHERE to get your car serviced even if you bought it from them. Poor service, they don't care, and it that what you get with an Autonation dealer.

DON'T TRUST THEIR PREOWNED CARS AND DON'T TRUST WHEN THEY SAY THE CAR IS READY TO GO AND EVERYTHING IS GOOD TO GO. I bought a Pre owned Mercedes GL 450, believing it would be better to get it directly from the dealer (I bought it on saturday and picked it up on monday because they said they had to get it ready for me)on my way home the car overheated, the seats went crazy folding down, I talk to the seller about this and he said to take it back (overtheating I was amazed) to the dealer again, they offer me to fix the car, the car was already overheated and I do not want a car knowing this had happened to it, I asked for a refund, the seller said 2 or 3 days to get my money back, I wait 3 days and then show up at the dealer to pick up the check and the manager then said 10 days. NOW I don't have a car, I can't get one because they have my money, is this a revenge for not getting a car from them when you don't trust their quality anymore after what happened?

I usually don't write reviews but needed to for this dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt for a Service B on my 2022 GLE 350 SUV. Now when I bought this vehicle here the sales rep and finance mgr told me Service A is about $450-$500 and Service B is about $600-$650 just for the normal service package. Anything needed of course would be extra and I am aware of that. No issues there. My appt and service person called me to go over Service B and came up to $1k??? a $1000.00 service for a brand new vehicle? How in the world is this Service B that much I asked. Then I asked just oil and Filter change would be fine. He stated they don't do A la Carte or just those things. Has to be the full Service B which I read previous reviews about this stealer ship as well. I called MB of Tampa and asked for same Service and exact same things I was getting. $499 plus tax is what I was told and that they get a lot of people saying the same thing I just typed above. Made an appt. with her right then and asked no hidden fees and getting the full Service B plan and she stated yes. Take your vehicle to MB of Tampa if you can. Wesley Chapel is over charging!!
