When I got there they had the loner car ready for me to go. They let me know when my car was finished and I saw a video of what had to be done and what needed to be done. I definitely recommend this dealership I have bought five or six cards from them.

Camden, Harry, and Abdul did an excellent job getting me and my wife into a new cx-50. We had “challenged” credit and small down payment but they were able to work with us trading in a used Mazda cx-5 with high mileage and getting into the new cx-50. They were all very organized and knew what they were doing. Once we accepted the deal, everything all fell into place. Harry and Abdul explained everything (numbers) (gap) (service plan) in detail very well. I appreciate that. Camden explained the different vehicles very well and had a lot of knowledge and answers for everything. Thank you guys for making it happen! I recommend Mazda of Wesley chapel to everybody!

I bought a 2021 Mazda CX-9 grand touring with 35700 miles. Sales guy was a kid named Jorgen. I actually had a GOOD experience. They did negotiate the price to match my financial situation. I put down $8k and they even dropped $2,500 from the price to keep my business. I will return to purchase in the future. I thanked Sales Manager and General Manager Mo for this.
MY NEXT VEHICLE WILL be sold be them.

I had a excellent experience with the staff, The service advisor Justice Goodloe address all my concerns. He was polite and very professional. Also the technician Rito Hernandez explain and took the time to hear my concerns. He was also very professional and very knowledgeable. By far this was my most pleasant experience I ever had in a Car Dealership.

I recently purchased a 2022 CX-9 7500 miles, returned lease through them, so always in their hands. Car was delivered dirty inside, only 1 key, half tank of gas and no navigation card. Disappointing for a dealership. I've gotten better at used car lots. There is a white substance in the buttons.
Update: Dealer reached out and is going to cover a detail for the vehicle and apologized. That's going the extra mile to please a customer.
