We had such a great experience with Claudia, Careem and Anna!We set up an appointment quickly and easily with Claudia who helped us to test drive the Lexus RX and NX, and helped us work through some numbers before putting a deposit down. She was very informative and great to work with!The next day we came back to actually purchase a Lexus RX premium and Careem was there to guide us through the whole process. He is so friendly and helpful! He helped us get through the paperwork as well as gave us a tour of the dealership, helped me get to know the car and helped with anything else we needed.Anna was wonderful to work with doing all of the paperwork and payment. She was very detailed and so friendly as well!The dealership is so clean, well run, and the cafe is amazing for while you wait to have a service done. The lifetime oil changes are also unbeatable!Overall we could tell this dealership is run by an owner who cares for both their clients AND employees. We will definitely be back in the future!

Thank you!Careem is the type of person that makes you feel at home, I truly appreciate all his help through the car buying process, as I told him, I found my dream car and he made it a pleasant experience. I also want to thank Ms. Anna Carlson for her help as well.I want to say that we loved this place, it was extremely pleasant to walk into the building, the coffee shop is an excellent addition and even the girls making the coffee where super nice to me and my wife. My wife and I each leased a Lexus from Johnny Millaway at Wesley Chapel Lexus. Recently, we bought both of them upon completion of the lease. All of our experiences with Johnny and Lexus Wesley Chapel have been excellent. Johnny has been very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Johnny and this dealership.

Bryce was an absolute rockstar today! Thank you for being a man of your word! Today in particular I had two instances where the vehicle I wanted was sold while on the way to buy because we live an hour away. We had a hold on them. We pulled over and found our car at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. My fiancé spoke with Bryce and told him to please hold the vehicle that we were on the way. He did exactly that. When we arrived he had the keys and even other salesman were looking for them and he did not let it go before we got there. He was kind, professional, and very helpful with our offer. The dealership was a wonderful experience so thank you to Bruce and Lexus of Wesley Chapel for your great service.

We stopped in at Lexus of Wesley Chapel to see the new 2024 ES350 as we don't have a Lexus dealership within a 3 hour drive of where we live. What a beautiful dealership and a great team of employees. We met with Johnny Millaway who is such an awesome salesperson and an expert on Lexus. He showed us the new ES350 and we fell in love with the car, it's color, features and quiet ride. It wasn't our intention to purchase that day at all but it just felt right and was such an easy process. Thank you Johnny! Highly recommend Lexus of Wesley Chapel and our fantastic sales person Johnny.

Buyer Beware!!!! I am so disappointed in Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I purchased my 3rd Lexus in May 2023. I had a great shopping experience but during the negotiations I was VERY clear that I did not want them to use any of my previous warranties or plans in this deal as I have found in the past the value gets lost and I lose track of the negotiation (this is just me). So After my lease agreement was made and I paid my down payment with trade in and credit card transaction, I thought I had accomplished that. I have spent the last 5 months trying to cash out my extended service contract with Lexus financial and have now found out that Lexus of WC took my $1400+ despite my repeated request not to do it. The amount was obscured in the deal by using the initials VSA (which I thought meant Visa pmt,,which is what I used). I also never received a copy of this document. I was feeling so positive after my experience and I thought I had found an honest Lexus Dealership to do business for years to come, but now I don't feel I can trust them to be transparent and honest, which is ALL I ever asked them to be!

This is my honest review, and I am trying to stay as neutral as possible. I purchased an off brand 25k+ used 6yr old sedan in June this year. Starting off with the buying experience which was straight forward, took a few hours but was painless and uncomplicated. Where it got frustrating was the after purchase experience. I took 4+ month to get the 2nd key to the car. Endless emails and time was spend to go with a 3rd part key provider that did not deliver. Not the choice I would imagine from a dealership this size. In the end I had to pick up the key from the 1st party dealership myself. Why this decision was not made in the beginning is a mystery to me, seems to be a management error to save probably $150. The following points explained are to me, not usual used car problems, that’s why I mention them. The radar safety system shut off multiple times due to misalignment about 3-5 days after purchasing the car (I was able to fix it after investigating and reading, but it took time and there was no courtesy coming from the selling party). The car also needed a 6hr paint correction and this was due to unusually bad / dull clear coat overspray. I really hope the dealership had nothing to do with this “repair”, but since you are paying fees for them to clean and polish the car, this should and most likely was noticed but probably decided to not be corrected due to labor and time consumption. The biggest repair ($1k), that is still active is a torn CV boot. Something like this does not happen over night and is very noticeable when inspecting the car on a lift, which I believe they have done?! The get to the point and my note of advice is, wherever one buys a used car from, Mom and Pap dealership of 41 or this huge dealership, bring a mechanic or at least a checklist, don’t be afraid to look under the car w/ a flashlight and inspect it because noncertified, used cars do not really get inspected before selling.

Bryce and Anna gave us exceptional service. The experience has left us a client for life. From the first interaction with Bryce, my husband was so impressed by his sincere approach in trying to help us navigate through our decision making process. My husband was so impressed with the way he communicated and how engaged he was in every interaction. He wanted to buy from him in particular because of how well he communicated! Bryce took his time explaining everything in detail from start to finish. We really appreciated the time and investment through the process. We absolutely loved the dealership and every single detail from the complementary cafe to the beautiful red bow and celebration from the team after we signed the paperwork. Anna was also very helpful and took the time to explain the options to us and worked hard to get us the best financing plan.We truly had the very best experience! We will be buying another Lexus in the future and will share our experience!The 2023 RX 350 is incredible! It drives like a dream and we absolutely LOVE all the features!

TLDR: Sales department is ULTRA sketchy at best. Go to another dealer and save yourself thousands. Service department is GREAT. Advisors are prompt, responsive and the technicians are some of the best. Long: I looked at trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new GX460. First they add an extra $995 into the MSRP that is non-negotiable. This is nothing but pure profit to the dealer for poor window tint and nitrogen in the tires. In other words, this is a market adjustment without calling it such. This is "required" for ordered vehicles that they don't even install this stuff on. Anyways, sales staff is quite pushy and got a BAD attitude once I pointed out this extra charge, that was not on the window sticker in the vehicle or on the online Lexus MSRP. I was told I was out of luck. Their $5,000 and $6,000 off MSRP is really $995 less than advertised once you factor in the non-negotiable add on's they require. Very deceptive. They do NOT take deposits to hold a vehicle, even if you special order a vehicle, their deposit is only good for 24 hours. While at the dealer I called three others and the response was "$500 deposit and we will hold the vehicle for you while you secure financing, up to 2 weeks." After hours of back and forth I ended up leaving and going to Lexus of Tampa Bay. I walked out with a new GX literally in one hour. Not only did they match the high trade value that Wesley Chapel was providing, I ended up with $6000 off MSRP. A much better deal without any headache. I should have gone to the other dealer first. As far as the service department, GREAT! The technicians are very professional, polite and address your concerns. The service advisors are great as well, but folks fail to recognize that the technicians are the ones making it happen.

The Lexus Wesley Chapel dealership is on another level! Not only was the buying experience amazing, as well as the concierge service in every department, and let’s not forget about the cafe that my husband affectionately calls the “Lexus Lounge”, but ya’ll they just sent me a tower of delicious goodies! I’ll never buy another car from another dealership again!

I had already been looking for a week for the car that God had told me he would give me, however I couldn't find it, or when I fot it I couldn't have the deal, no negotiation, so when my friend referred Gabby to me and I went to meet her there was exactly the car with all the details that I had in my dream, also through her care and attention, we managed to reach the price and close! My husband & I both dread car shopping because it's usually an all day affair and a lot of waiting around forever. Not here! We already knew what we wanted and Issac helped us find the perfect car. Between him and the finance manager (I think is name was Travis), we were done with everything faster than ever. We've never had such a smooth & extremely fast car buying experience! I bought my RX350 over the Memorial Day holiday 2023. I was greeted at the reception desk with warmth and kindness. The facility was impeccable.Claudia is a patient and warm salesperson who worked hard to fulfill all my requests in securing my first Lexus. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. I am super satisfied with my purchase. The follow up gift of nuts and cookies was a nice touch.
