Great place. Been coming here for 6 years for service. Today I noticed that the men s bathroom smelled strong of urine and was dirty. Not really appropriate for a Lexus dealership of this caliber.

Being a first time car buyer, I was unsure how the buying process was going to go, but Matt Valle made it super easy. He also made sure my new car was safe for me to drive and had the rear brake pads and rotor replaced and the car detailed before I took it home. I did not feel pressured at any point during my time there, and compared to other dealerships, everyone I dealt with seemed like they genuinely cared. I will definitely be reaching back out to Matt if I ever need anything in the future!! Thanks again!

We totally love our Lexus Nx350h. We have had Lincoln’s,Acura, Honda, Chevrolet,and to date we are the most satisfied with our Lexus. This includes service and staff.

I have been to this Lexus about 3-4 times for oil changes. I’ve had Veron as a service helper every time I’ve been in. He’s very kind and great at his job. Always gives me updates and ETAs on my car. Veron is always very pleasant to work with and an even harder worker!

I recently purchased a 2024 RX350 from Johnny Millaway with Lexus of Wesley Chapel and had an overall wonderful experience. Johnny was easy to communicate and work with throughout the entire process. He was very informative and knowledgeable and reviewed all of the important aspects of my new vehicle before I left the lot. He even followed up with me a few days later to ensure I did not have any additional questions or concerns. He truly made the entire process easy and pleasurable. We bought a used Honda Civic from Matt V today. Even though we weren’t buying a new Lexus, we were still treated amazing. This was the quickest and easiest car buying experience from a dealer we ever had. Their dealer fees were the cheapest we found. There were no mandatory warranty packages to buy and our car was still competitively priced. Anna in the business office was great at explaining the process and told us about a really good warranty at a great rate. We felt no pressure to buy it, but couldn’t pass it up-and we never buy extended warranties on items! Thanks Matt & Anna for the awesome experience! Hope to do business with you again

Lexus of WC I love y'all but you have to do a better job of helping and supporting people with loaner cars who have unexpected car issues. It's always "unfortunately we need to know 2-3 weeks in advance" which i completely understand. However, outside of routine maintenance, the car doesn't always give people a 2-3 week advanced notice that it was going to make noise on this particular day when they wake up. If I can't get to work, I can't patronize your business so just do a little better in this area please and thanks.
Randy, I can't respond to your message directly so I'm updating here to say thank you for the quick response. The issues was actually worse than I thought. It was communicated to me thay my car wasn't safe to drive and they wouldn't release it back to me until it was repaired. Shout out to Veron and the rest of the team that worked quickly to help find a solution.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Leading up to the purchase of the vehicle the customer service was great by ADAM GARCIA, however the moment I drove off of the lot he was horrible and did not respond to anything I was attempting to reach him for. I will add photos to prove this. Daniel in Finance is incompetent at his job and lacks knowledge. I had to make multiple trips to the bank because he was not good at explaining the amount of the draft I needed to purchase the vehicle. It has now been one month since the purchase of my vehicle and I received an email from the bank stating they never received my title. I had to leave work and drive there to get it only to be greeted by a frustrated Daniel!! Adam couldn’t make eye contact with me because he knew he did not disclose a lot of information and he just wanted the sell. I asked to speak with another finance manager and was greeted by Maurice. He did not want to deal with me so immediately his energy was off. At first he agreed to what I was saying to only tell me that I was wrong. Their cars are nice but they will do anything to get a sale and once they sale you the car, they could careless about you. If you buy a car from here do not deal with ADAM GARCIA, DANIEL & MAURICE (finance dept.) they did not add a # in the breakdown of the car, only to write it in which leaves me with an additional 7k to pay!!!! Run Run!!! Run!!!!
