Everything I was told during sales process has now come to light as not true. From the lifetime free oil to the loaner car program. I will not use WC Lexus for my next vehicle. The service rep I had indicated they've asked the sales reps to be more transparent regarding free oil changes - but honestly that doesn't suffice.

Thanks alot, Isaac...I had my heart set on trading in my 2019 Toyota Camry hybrid for a new 2024 Lexus hybrid SUV...You couldn't wait to brag that you are your branch's "number ONE salesperson" & was not really interested in getting to know what WE wanted or needed but merely left my ACTIVE Duty military officer (25 yrs+) feeling unworthy of the vehicles in your location. I am EMBARRASSED for you that you have NO idea our socio-economic background, we LIVE in a $600k+ home, I work for USAA & we support our community & our country. We are going TODAY to shop at Dale Mabry &have every confidence we won't be greeted by a narcissist who wants to waste our time bragging about HIS accomplishments rather than getting to know our transportation needs. Learn from this, do better, be better. #1 isn't always a good thing IF you're not humble. Give me the new, HUNGRY, willing to listen salesperson everytime!

My wife and I each leased a Lexus from Johnny Millaway at Wesley Chapel Lexus. Recently, we bought both of them upon completion of the lease. All of our experiences with Johnny and Lexus Wesley Chapel have been excellent. Johnny has been very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service has been outstanding. I would highly recommend Johnny and this dealership.

We stopped in at Lexus of Wesley Chapel to see the new 2024 ES350 as we don't have a Lexus dealership within a 3 hour drive of where we live. What a beautiful dealership and a great team of employees. We met with Johnny Millaway who is such an awesome salesperson and an expert on Lexus. He showed us the new ES350 and we fell in love with the car, it's color, features and quiet ride. It wasn't our intention to purchase that day at all but it just felt right and was such an easy process. Thank you Johnny! Highly recommend Lexus of Wesley Chapel and our fantastic sales person Johnny.

Buyer Beware!!!! I am so disappointed in Lexus of Wesley Chapel. I purchased my 3rd Lexus in May 2023. I had a great shopping experience but during the negotiations I was VERY clear that I did not want them to use any of my previous warranties or plans in this deal as I have found in the past the value gets lost and I lose track of the negotiation (this is just me). So After my lease agreement was made and I paid my down payment with trade in and credit card transaction, I thought I had accomplished that. I have spent the last 5 months trying to cash out my extended service contract with Lexus financial and have now found out that Lexus of WC took my $1400+ despite my repeated request not to do it. The amount was obscured in the deal by using the initials VSA (which I thought meant Visa pmt,,which is what I used). I also never received a copy of this document. I was feeling so positive after my experience and I thought I had found an honest Lexus Dealership to do business for years to come, but now I don't feel I can trust them to be transparent and honest, which is ALL I ever asked them to be!

Always service my Lexus cars here. I have a 2010 ISF, & 2018 LC500. Bobby has always done well to get the job done in a timely manner at decent rates. Their waiting area is the best with coffee bar (included with your service cost) plenty of space for seating and evening cubicles to get some work done.

My wife just bought an ES 350 used for an amazing price. Claudia Cohen helped us with the process which made it a breeze. Everyone there was extremely helpful, professional, and made our buying experience truly an enjoyable one. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again on the next service, and reccomend Claudia, and Lexus of WC to anyone looking for a new, or used luxury vehicle!

TLDR: Sales department is ULTRA sketchy at best. Go to another dealer and save yourself thousands. Service department is GREAT. Advisors are prompt, responsive and the technicians are some of the best. Long: I looked at trading in a vehicle and purchasing a new GX460. First they add an extra $995 into the MSRP that is non-negotiable. This is nothing but pure profit to the dealer for poor window tint and nitrogen in the tires. In other words, this is a market adjustment without calling it such. This is "required" for ordered vehicles that they don't even install this stuff on. Anyways, sales staff is quite pushy and got a BAD attitude once I pointed out this extra charge, that was not on the window sticker in the vehicle or on the online Lexus MSRP. I was told I was out of luck. Their $5,000 and $6,000 off MSRP is really $995 less than advertised once you factor in the non-negotiable add on's they require. Very deceptive. They do NOT take deposits to hold a vehicle, even if you special order a vehicle, their deposit is only good for 24 hours. While at the dealer I called three others and the response was "$500 deposit and we will hold the vehicle for you while you secure financing, up to 2 weeks." After hours of back and forth I ended up leaving and going to Lexus of Tampa Bay. I walked out with a new GX literally in one hour. Not only did they match the high trade value that Wesley Chapel was providing, I ended up with $6000 off MSRP. A much better deal without any headache. I should have gone to the other dealer first. As far as the service department, GREAT! The technicians are very professional, polite and address your concerns. The service advisors are great as well, but folks fail to recognize that the technicians are the ones making it happen.

Lacking financing transparency.Be careful if financing with this dealership. We were told rates were around 8%, when given financing options interest rate was not shown to us. When asked for interest rate they just came back with lower financing options. Interest rate was never disclosed.We did not make a deal and after realized they were charging something closer to 12% . Do not finance with this dealership, finance through Suncoast.Otherwise good car selection, nice big dealership just stay away from financing through them.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Wesley chapel but we did not receive the service as promised on the Lexus Vision. Rex promised to add a key fob with the purchase of the vehicle but retracted his promise due to sales volume not where it needs to be. Very disappointed in Rex not representing Lexus and their Vision to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Based on his action, the customer experience offered depends on profitability. That isn't right.

Let me just preface by saying I already have a bad taste in my mouth with Lexus dealerships. I haven't been to the Wesley Chapel location because it's a lot farther than the others, but I wanted to give this one a try because i was fed up with the other ones. When I called to make the appointment, I already felt the difference between this location and the prev ones (in a good way) so i was excited to try them out. I had a 7:30am appt time and when i pulled up, they couldn't locate my appointment time until the rep radioed someone.. so i started having doubts again. Once checked in, i went into their waiting/lounge area. The lounge area was beautiful and spacious, had wifi, tv's, a complimentary coffee and pastry bar, and a lot of seating options. After about 10 mins I spoke with my advisor Bobby to go over my needs. I told him I had concerns about tracking down my warranty that I got from another dealership that wasn't Lexus and every Lexus advisor always gives me the run around. I gave him the information to contact them and fully expected him to have me waiting an extra 30-45 mins while he talked to them because that's what all the previous reps did. Bobby was responsive thru text and communicated with me throughout my appointment. He was able to contact my warranty company, get the service taken care of and completely have everything ready by the time my car was done. It was wonderful. This is definitely the better Lexus dealership, and well worth going out of my way. Thank you Lexus of Wesley Chapel!
