These people are amazing we came ten minutes before closing and yet they let us stay for an extra 30 minutes testing out bikes! The owner and workers are super friendly they offered us water and with our purchase they gave us free water bottles. They even let my son play with their very friendly dog. Highly recommend this establishment!

We are very lucky to have a bike shop in Land O Lakes! I wanted a high quality bike for my 24 year old daughter to ride while on break from Vet School. She sold her car to cut expenses as Vet School is so expensive. She is paying for all her schooling so I’m super proud that she is making great financial decisions. . I didn’t want to put her on a cheap big box store bike that would have issues.so for her birthday I went to Kona because of their great reputation. Kona took great care of us! My daughter loves her new wheels! Thank you everyone at Kona!.

Travis is amazing!! My experience at Kona was absolutely fantastic!! I purchased a used Salsa Spearfish XC mtb off of FB and brought it in for much needed tune up. Travis did an excellent job at giving my bike a once over, fixing the brakes, rebuilding the front shock, putting on pedals and installing an oval ring. He was so patient and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to set my bike up and explained what all the buttons, switches and knobs were for on the shocks. I will definitely be going back for all my bike needs. Support your local bike shops. Thank you Travis!!

Brought my bike circa 1990's for a tune up. They were kind, professional and didn't try to sell me more than necessary. I would definitely return again.

If you are looking for a true local bike shop, this is it. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and understands the life of a triathlete. I purchased by Argon 18 tri bike here and this shop has done all of the maintenance, and helped me out in a pinch multiple times when I tried to do some maintenance myself. The shop will be upgrading my mechanical shifting to Di2 12 speed and Travis did a great job talking me through all of the options available and providing his guidance when it came time to make a decision. Fantastic shop!

Purchased two bikes here, one for the wife and one for me, what a wonderful experience. Both guys taking care of us were very helpful, very informative and very friendly. Met the owners as well and they were genuinely happy to have my business.The bikes were perfect for us. Good product for the money. Great selection as well.Hard to find places like these . Don't buy a bike at Walmart. Buy it here. You won't regret it.Robert

Exceeded expectations - we needed a couple bike tires replaced and, based on our experience at other local shops, we fully expected to have to drop off the tires and pick them up in a few days. Imagine our surprise when the friendly staff member at Kona was all too happy to immediately replace our tires for us!It took about 10-15 minutes to do both tires and while we waited we got a chance to see the shop. Besides an impressive selection of bikes and gear, they have a great selection of endurance gels and electrolyte blends - I was able to pick up a nice variety of GU gels I'd been wanting to try. My son also discovered a great Christmas gift he wants - a pair of Shokz sunglasses.The tire repair was well done and the prices were fair and reasonable. Great service. We'll be back for sure. Thanks!

Thank you Kona for recommending that we take the pedals off my sons bike instead of doing training wheels, first time with putting the pedals back on and he was successful with keeping his balance and pushing the wheels forward! You guys are amazing I will be back for all of my bike needs!

Super amazing experience at Kona bike shop, Cynthia went above and beyond my expectations. My son borrowed a bike that was broken and they did everything they could do to not cost me a ton of money to fix it, she went above, and beyond what I had expected. I will make sure to return to them for any and all of my bikes needs.
