Katerina was great help in buying the house. We are moving from California to Florida, it is a big change. Katerina was boots on the ground searching for the perfect house. She was making videos of different houses and communities and sending them to us. During the entire process (with the sales rep, design studio, builder)she was with us and helped us when we have issues. Thanks Katerina.

During a couple of months, I had tried to sell a property thru another realtor without success. When I decided to contact Katerina and her team. Immediately, they got to work and within a few days, a buyer offered full asking price. Although, there were more than challenges on this sell, Katerina and her team easily overcame all obstacles. This truly demonstrates experience and knowledge. I highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.
