They have fabulous sales...so don't pay the original price. We always find a great deal here. It is hard to find an employee to help you if you need someone though.

First visit in a long time and I won't be back. Asked two different employees where a specific item was and was told down there, way down there (as she pointed to the other end of the ladies dept). Poor customer service, no offer of assistance. Never did find what I went in for, purchased something for a friend and left.

I visited 04/21/2024 and brought my grandmother to shop for a couple of shirts. I haven’t shopped here in years as there are far more responsibly priced competitors. Upon going we did enjoy our time shopping and finding good deals as usual, however, the check out experience was the complete opposite. My grandmother does not speak great English as she is not from the US and the cash register representative Usha had a very nasty attitude. She asked my grandmother if she had a jcpennys card and my grandmother responded stating that she did not want one and did not have one. To which the representative responded saying “I did not ask you if you wanted one I asked you if you had one” in a slow manner. That is completely unacceptable during the remainder of my visit she continued giving my grandmother displeasing looks. I would completely understand if she was overwhelmed by an enormous amount to work to do but it was empty when we arrived and empty when we left. I will NEVER shop here nor would I recommend it to any more of my family members.

Whenever I have to find dresser clothing, Penny's has the best choices. Prices are very fair. Men's Big & Tall area is the only store that has fair pricing on casual and dressy clothing.

Staff is nice. Prices are outrageous!!! 3 times higher than Macy's. Shop Macy's! I'm closing my credit card at JCP.
