Someone new cut layers in my hair while my regular stylist was on maternity leave.
Another Aveda stylist (who highlighted my hair) suggested KellyAnn might be able to improve the cut because she “specializes in cutting hair.”
When I consulted with KellyAnn, she agreed the layered cut wasn’t appropriately for fine hair, said we would get better results if I let it grow 2 more months before trying to fix it.
When I went back in for the cut, we agreed she’d be conservative and leave it touching my shoulder. She said she was *not* going to layer or texturize my very fine hair. I emphasized that I also did NOT want an undercut.
I left the salon devastated because she cut my hair much shorter than the shoulder length we had agreed on, and gave me a severe undercut (see photos— they don’t lie). She also texturized (chipped into the hair with scissors) the ends excessively, resulting in a very short, unflattering, thinned out bob that stands away from my neck in a very unnatural way due to the severe undercut.
This reckless, amateur haircut has been traumatizing for me —yet Becky the manager (who wasn’t even there when I got my hair cut) has done her best to manipulate and distort the facts to try to make KellyAnn the victim.

I have been going to see KellyAnne for eleven years now, and she is incredible every single time. It's been years since I even lived in the area, yet I still drive from 90 minutes away without a second thought just to have her cut my hair. Her work is genuinely that impeccable.

I have worked with KellyAnne for over 10 years now and I am so blessed to have found her. We all know a good hair girl is important! She does both my cut and highlights and does a wonderful and concise job with both! I am constantly getting asked who does my hair. Not only does she work wonders with my hair, but she's also kind, funny, and always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. What's even better is that she also cuts my kids' hair with such care and precision. They are 15 and 11 and both refuse to go to anyone else. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented stylist who brings joy to the salon experience!

hi everyone :) i have been going here for years and i feel the need to finally leave a review! this is the best place to get a cut, color, or anything you may need. the staff is so professional, kind, and truly care about you and your wishes for your hair. as we all know, hair is a big part of our lives, and mine unfortunately fell out in 2018. i started going to aveda to get the SMALLEST cuts because i was so scared of always having short hair. once my hair got long enough, Ashley started working with me, and let me tell you- she is AMAZING. she always puts up with my concerns, insecurities, and comes up with styles and colors that i never thought were possible. i always leave that place feeling like a million bucks. i even go there after my 13 hour night shift just to get to relax in her chair. i’ve had multiple stylists that are also incredibly nice and amazing at their jobs. i truly think everyone should go here- just try it!

I can't recommend this salon and specifically KellyAnne enough! I started going to her when I lived in Lutz at least 6 years ago for color and a hair cut and have been going ever since even though I've moved further away! I love that she did a consultation first, each time she's honest about whether or not a color will look good on me, and over the years she continuously takes classes and attends professional events to increase her skills and knowledge. An added bonus: she's a sweetheart! I've even got my sister going to her!

AMAZING!! Absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service I received at this salon. From the front desk staff to my stylist, Danielle I was so impressed with my experience. Danielle was very attentive and took the time to make sure she got the right formula to match my blonde color. While she was shampooing my hair she did an amazing scalp massage and while my hair had conditioner in she did a hand massage. Never had a salon offer to do that before.
Absolutely grateful to find this place and highly recommend Danielle!!
