Very easy to place an order but cannot get in contact with anyone. My order has been ready for pick up for a week now and have sent multiple emails, called, and left a voicemail about scheduling a time and date to pick up but can't get any response back.

Still waiting for firearms that they have had for a week and a half! Finally got a hold of someone that told us next week or we could ask for a refund! Very frustrating and unprofessional .. wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! Getting a refund! Only gave 1 star because that was the minimum to post!!!

I got a fraudulent phishing scam from "gray wolf armory" that's trying to charge my PayPal twice for $750 and $800. Reported to PayPal and if the company is legitimate, they should try to stop this use of their name.

My first time coming to this store it was about two months ago. My experienced with the owner is, he’s a very cocky guy , and doesn’t know all the laws, he needs to be up to speed with the laws. When I brought my AR 15 pistol with a Pistol brace into the store, I asked him I wanted to buy a muzzle brake for my AR 15 pistol. The owner asked me what kind gun are you trying to use for the muzzle break for? I told him it’s for my AR 15 pistol with a pistol brace, he told me if I took the gun out of the case he would take my gun, call the police and the ATF because it’s illegal to have a AR 15 pistol. I told him he has no right to take my gun because it is legal to have a AR 15 pistol. He said it again, if I see the gun I will take your AR 15 pistol, and the owner : I’m not trying to be the bad guy. I’m just trying to be honest to my customers. I told him it is not illegal to own a AR 15 pistol with an arm, brace, I told him you are wrong. You’re not up to dated to the law, It is dead in the water for the ATF. The owner of the store had a conversation with another customer about that the reason why he’s going to court over and over. Now I see why the doors are closed. The owner needs to be humbled and not treat customers like there are dumb or treat them like their criminals

Saw they were local to my area and decided to check them out. Google didn't show any store hours so I called them. Their automated phone message says they are open Tues to Saturday until 6. I arrived at the store before 5 and their business hours on the sign at the store say closed for all 7 days. There's also a sign saying if you purchased a firearm to email them for an appointment? I can see merchandise through the windows and thought this was an actual store. Tried to call the store again but only continues to ring when trying to call the sales department. Unless this is a fluke, do not come to the store thinking you can browse the inventory, ask questions etc. I think you just have to order what you want online then make an appointment with the storefront to pick up the item.

Shop employee felt condescending, wouldn’t even let me fill out first time purchase application so I can wait 3 days for my purchase. I felt talked down to, like I couldn’t buy any model besides the model I liked? As a homeless person I needed protection & Jeff felt dismissive.

Owner is extremely disrespectful, arrogant, and rude. Piss poor management and it blows my mind this place is still in business. The owner acts like a know it all and will belittle you and any opinion you may have any chance he gets. Take a look at any other poor review reply he has. The shop he runs has practically nothing compared to any other gun store in the area. This opinion is the majority and he’s asking people to leave him a good review to mask how his buisness really is. If you are looking for a quality store that has ammo, optics, guns, range, parts for your guns, and most of all to not be treated like you’re an inconvenience, go to West Armory in Dade City.

The owner is a fountain of knowledge about all fire arms related topics. He is well versed in Florida gun laws and has been a great education for a newb like me. His prices are reasonable on ammo and reloading supplies and he is honest to deal with. I'll be back.

I came in to the gun shop just to get some advice on what would be good for a single woman. One who has disabilities, and the owner of this shop was so friendly I feel confident in myself again and not afraid. I didn’t purchase a gun even. However the owner is so knowledgeable, I would send any of my single friends here and even people I don’t know if you aren’t feeling safe/I am very impressed by my whole experience ❤️
