I recently had a fantastic experience at this Great Clips, thanks to Katherine, my hairdresser. She was not only incredibly skilled but also friendly and humorous, making the whole experience enjoyable. Huge shoutout and thank you to Katherine! This was my first visit to this location, even though I live quite far away and have two closer Great Clips options. But because of the outstanding service I received from Katherine, I'll definitely be returning here for my future haircuts!

Cut my hair within 10 minutes, before brushing my hair the hair dresser cut off a chunk of hair and the results were uneven, one side of my “face framing” pieces were just a chunk of shorter pieces. I hope to get a refund so I can get my hair fixed and not have to go back there

I’ve been going to various Great Clips shops all over the country for decades! I’ve never been so happy with a haircut in my life. My stylist was named Erin and when I got home, my wife complimented my haircut. Later, even my neighbor said my hair looked good. And my aunt who is critical of everything gave me a backhanded compliment by telling me I finally had a decent haircut. That’s never happened before. No one (let alone three people at random times during the day) has ever complimented my haircut. Erin was amazing and I plan to make this shop my go-to every time as long as Erin still works there! Great job, Erin! Keep up the great work!! (And thanks for the saucer portions advice because I’m starting with that tonight!)

Took my mom to get a haircut. She has very little hair and very short like a man. She got the haircut and the lady finished her up and left her hair wet! She said to dry it would be $70!
She should have stated that before we started the haircut. My mom left with her hair wet..This company is shameful. Descarados y ladrones.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Words cannot begin to express how disappointed and disgusted I am with this great clips, An employee by the name of Sasha to be specific! A man checked us in and the check in process went fine, During check in for our 1 1/2 year old, our 4 year old had to use the bathroom, when coming out of the bathroom our daughter had seen that there were 2 little boys getting lollipops at the counter so she excitedly yelled “Lollipops!!” And ran to the counter. This is when Sasha loudly said no and pulled the bucket away from my 4 year old daughter and continued to be unkind and say “no you can’t have one unless you are getting a haircut!” And when I relied back with “wow” she continued on the be very rude, and was very obvious with a customer at the counter that she was annoyed with me. Before leaving I asked for her name and she was again so incredibly unpleasant. As a salon owner and business owner I would never treat my clients in the manor, or tollerate employees who did either. As a mother, my child was treated poorly and that is not only hurtful it’s maddening. We did not get my son’s haircut and we will not be returning, or sending any business there.

I went in for a trim. she showed me about 1 1/2- 2 inches of hair that needed to be cut. she ended up cutting almost 5 inches of my hair. pretty upset

I had an "off" experience. I made the appointment online and when we arrived only one stylist was there with a client in the chair. It was obvious that other people called in sick, leaving her to manage alone. My daughter has an incredibly sensitive scalp and I told the stylist, but I don't know if she heard me. My daughter was crying in the chair, and this greatly upset me because I brought her there for a confidence boost and to be pampered a little bit. In addition, it was the coldest day of the year, and even though I booked a wash, cut, and dry, the stylist was unable to dry her hair. I wound up doing it myself so she didn't have to leave with a wet head.
