BEWARE!!
Be careful when getting a service at this place. They’ll screw up your car’s engine and put a huge dent in your pocket and play blame game.
I got an oil change service here and my car started acting funny within 10 days. When I went to my local mechanic he checked engine oil and said it’s completely “BURNT” oil and told me that the oil and filter don’t seem like “Been changed 10 days ago” *SHOCKING NEWS*
I always used to get my oil changed at the dealership but started going to this place for past 2-3 oil changes and they messed up my engine! They must be using recycled oil or old oil in what I’m being told.

excellent service and wonderful people… Friendly and honest… Can't believe I can get my oil change and tires rotated for under a $100, actually, since this car did not require synthetic oil, it was less than 50 bucks. Jacob was very friendly and extremely professional

These guys are absolute saviors. I called them at 5:30pm on a Friday and told them I needed a tire repaired for an RV trip I was leaving for the next morning. Definitely my fault for waiting till the last minute to check the tires, but even so they fit me in at the end of their workday and fixed the tire in no time flat (pun intended). These heroes saved my trip and will absolutely be getting more business from me in the future. Thanks again!!!

I have come back here four times all with different vehicles. Two times for a full set of tires for vehicles I have driven across America several times over. Out of 8 tires one caught a nail and with the warranty coverage I always pay extra for they replaced the tire which was amazing. They also serviced my wife’s Buick and also did tires. Lastly I unfortunately have my tire warranty through the dealership for my truck and it is the worst. I was told I needed to spend $200 on a new wheel sensor after waiting 2 hours for the tire leaking air from the dealership. This was pushed to Friday end of day, I called the shop up explained what happened. They rebuilt the valve stem like I thought could be done on a the eve of a holiday weekend last minute for $30

I made an appointment for 1pm for an oil change. I was here at 12:55pm. I was told it would be 45min to 1 hour. Then during service he came and told me about 10-15 extra minutes, which I expressed that’s perfectly fine. I did not leave until after 3pm… for an oil change… that I made an appointment for. I understand things take time but 2 hours? I give 3 starts because the staff was nice but just would have liked them to be more realistic with the time.

Price gouging scum. Refused to do a simple patch when that was all I needed. Tried to soak me for two new tires for a simple tread puncture.

I have been to this location a few times. Twice for tire purchases and twice for tire repairs.
No issues and they do what they can for their customers. I will buy tires there again.
Can't say much about their competition across the street and to the East except I will never go back there again.

I brought a tire in to be plugged. They looked at it and despite the nail being in the tread told me that I needed to replace the tire that it was unrepairable and that the other tire on the other side the tread was too low. I thought that was weird because I just had my car into the dealership the day before for an oil change and they didn't mention anything about low tread.
I did have a warranty on the tire that was damaged from another shop. So I went to the other shop to see if they could repair the tire. They repaired it no problem at all and I was on my way. In other words, drive across the street to Tire Kingdom and they will fix you up without lying to you to sell tires.

I came to this Goodyear after having all my tires replaced at another shop. Not even 4,000 miles later one of my tires blew. The other shop refused to even call Goodyear and ask if they would do a warranty exchange. I had to call Goodyear myself and was directed to this shop. Jim helped me out and was very kind and answered ALL my questions. He put in the claim and had my tire replaced within the hour. Excellent customer service! Will absolutely be back in the future! I’m a young female and he never made me feel like I was stupid or anything. Highly recommend!!

Rebate for 2023 is a joke cant get your $25 no matter what you send. And the all season tires devoloped a hairline crack in 3 months that leaked and caused a flat. Front desk is no help just some rude lady with alot of apathy in her voice. Boycott goodyear.

I when to this place twice and the guy behind the desk denied me service he not even did eye contact with me, he couldn’t patched my tire because they were too busy.At eight o’clock in the morning nobody was doing anything.I’m Latina that was the only reason.
