Ryan and Leeann were awesome throughout the entire process of selling my home! Their responsiveness from the beginning was incredible and never left a question unanswered. They kept great communication with me at all times, never once came across as pushy or trying to rush anything and sold my home for well over what I was expecting, not to mention they sold it less than 24 hours after they listed it! Thank you Ryan and Leeann for making the selling process on my home seamless and as stress free as possible!

Leann was amazing! Going thru a divorce is so hard so to have her and her husband be the middle men made the process of selling so much easier. I would highly recommend especially if you are going through a divorce. Trust you won’t regret it.

Leeann and Ryan were great to work with in selling our home during our divorce. It was great to have a husband and wife team help us through this difficult time. They did a great job pricing our house and getting an offer above asking within 4 days. They communicated to us on a regular basis and I always felt that they were on top of things and I never had to worry about the process. I highly recommend them to help you in selling your home especially if doing so during a divorce.

Ryan and Leeann were awesome and super helpful throughout the whole home-buying process; from evaluation, decluttering, listing, showing, buying, and all of the paperwork that goes along with the selling and buying process. As novice movers, having not moved in twenty years, Ryan and Leeann helped with each step along the way and were able to assist us with our same-day double closings which can be quite stressful but they helped to make it seamless. The Sacks were always available to answer any questions, put out any fires, and made our move much easier for our family. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Leeann by my GC for my businesses. We were coming from out of state and we knew very few people. I can't recommend Leeann enough. She spent an entire Sunday showing me homes because it was the only day I could make work. She drove me around because I didn't know the area. After we decided on the new build, she got to work getting the process started. When there was a delay in our house being finished, she walked me back from the ledge and made sure we closed before school started. If you are looking for a realtor, look no further. You won't find a more knowledgeable realtor along with the compassion and excellent work ethic.

Third time working with Team Sack. Sold a home and bought two with them. Ryan and Leeann are an unbelievable team. They take the time and put in the effort above and beyond any expectations you could come up with. Their attention to detail and focus on you as a client is the perfect combination.
