My nephew took his car into your service department to diagnose an intermittent AC issue. You confidently gave him a diagnosis of a bad ac compressor and a leaking ac hose. $1800 estimate and $200 charge for diagnosis. He opted to pass and bring the car to me out of state(a real mechanic with experience). Upon inspection not only did I find no leaking ac hoses but also a compressor that was fine. The reason his ac was intermittent was he had zero coolant in system from a water pump leak. Fixed the leak. Ac works great. Now what did he pay $200 to you for?? Everything you said was WRONG. You also missed that it didn’t have any coolant…..come guys…..what is this?? Amateur hour??

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this dealership with getting my car serviced and my last visit a few days ago was the last straw. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know or even buy a car/service here again. I went in for a few things, recall for back up camera and alignment/check tires. They performed the recall and my car still shows the malfunction like it wasn’t completed. They did the alignment but then told me the car still had issues so they needed to look into. They finally came back to me and told me I had a bent lower control arm and the cost to repair was going to be $830. I was there for 3.5 hours which was told it should take half of that time, I get it things run over. I said I would like to think about it and ended up paying elsewhere to get the lower control arm put in and they stated th e old one wasn’t bent and that I just had a bad tire. How did Kia not notice this or bring it up? They did the alignment and never noticed it?? Never again!!!!

How stupid I am visiting them for second time…this time the service request was simple “oil change” …after two days of service all lights started flashing and car was running with no engine oil…they found the technician installed two rubber cap instead one and my car was bleeding the oil..it could be a case of fire..the manager accepts that they have technicians who are new to the job…choose them on your own risk..my reviews only for service department

I purchased my new Sorento last week. Which I love!!! Everyone I have ever dealt with at Kia of Wesley Chapel has always been great to work with especially John Carver in finance who went above and beyond to close my deal. It was past closing time and he was so patient and understanding and explained everything and answered all my questions. He made it a truly amazing experience.

Bought a 2024 carnival here, sales department was super helpful. Finance department was the opposite.. all they cared about was adding extras things to the car and didn't bother listening to us or explain the autopay plan. They failed to explain it was a third party that u have to pay for fees to them... It's been a disaster trying to cancel the autopay over the phone. They charged us 3000 dollars instead of 300!?!? Won't be buying another car from here again. I felt like adding more features to my financed car was more important... When we said from the beginning we can't...

Do not bring your car in for service here if you ever want to see it again.
Brought mine in on Tuesday morning for a recall on my EV. Was told in the afternoon they didn't have the part and would have to order it.
Came back on Friday morning and was told the install would take "2-3 hours" initially but then that was changed to "4-5 hours" due to the battery needing to be removed. I said fine but at the end of the day it wasn't done.
I was told it would be worked on Saturday and I'd be called when it was done. Never received a call and when I checked in myself, they said it wouldn't be finished until Monday.
Came in on Monday to ensure it was finished. Waited all day and despite being "assured" it would be completed, it wasn't. So now I wait, again.
The staff was very friendly and I understand there is a shortage of technicians, but I feel I was repeatedly misled and given the run around about the timing and status of the service. Will not be coming back and will advise anyone else who owns a Kia not to either.
UPDATE: Finally got my car back on Wednesday. I believe the culture of this business is to lie to the customers to temporarily placate us, as I was consistently given false information. And the managers I talked to seemed apathetic to my concerns or urgency. Find another Kia dealership or local repair shop for your service needs.
