Walter was a huge help after the hurricane. He knows how to deal with insurance companies and fight for what you are owed. His crew did an outstanding job with repairs on the house and performed top quality work in a timely fashion. Walter is a GREAT & HONEST guy! He educated me and was a huge help when someone was trying to scam me. He went above and beyond to explain things in great detail and offered to help me more in the future if needed. I can not thank him enough!

A professional job was completed on replacing our walls in three rooms after a leak occurred. The team was professional, polite and neat. Walt, the owner, was very honest, responsive, and professional. I recommend this company and I would use them again.

ReviewWe had a wonderful experience with Florida Services of Tampa Inc, and would recommend them to anyone. We had a very large stucco repair needed on the house urgently. Every wall of the house needed repairs and it was becoming worse very quickly. We had multiple quotes done within a week, and this company was easily the most informative and easiest to work with. They explained everything to us, including pointing out things no other company had either pointed out or noticed that were very important. They were able to get a quote to us and get the job completed all in under a week. When the crew arrived to do the job, they were punctual and pleasant. They worked diligently and efficiently the entire day to complete the project. I honestly thought it would take a few days, but they were fantastic and completed it in a day. The new stucco work looks fantastic. They cleaned up everything and it looked like they were never there, but their work was done beautifully. And all of this was done at a fantastic price point. We will recommend them to anybody and will use them for all future projects in our current and future homes.

Doesn't pay contractors. Have had an invoice from 2015 that Florida Services of Tampa will not pay. Their address has changed, their phone number has changed, the website changes. Seems they do whatever they need to in order to avoid paying their bills. Called today, the owner hung up mid phone call (per usual).Hire an honest company to do your business.

I wanted to inform everyone searching for Florida Services that there’s a company out there calling themselves by the same name (marketing themselves to perform a free inspection to help me with the insurance process to repair items on the exterior of the house due to our recent storms). I was also a victim as the other reviewer. I called back and the phone was disconnected. So I searched for Florida Services on google and called them only to find out that the owner of Florida Services of Tampa (Walter Kanyer) is having his name and company get bad reviews and lots of angry phone calls. Since Walter and I live about 20 miles apart, he decided to meet me to clear his name as I was very angry with whoever called me originally. I’m giving Walter and his company a five star rating to state that Walter is very honest and there’s no reason to believe his services are not adequate.

They were quick, fair, and easy to work with. The work they did turned out perfectly. Walter, the owner, was very helpful and got everything taken care of for me very quickly. He was so nice during a stressful time!

I was satisfied with the work they did for me. They came to my house to fix my flooring, what other companies said would take a week to do, they did in 2 1/2 days. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend them to anyone in need of some work done for their home, apartment, or business.

Just wanted to thank Florida Services of Tampa for coming to fix my plumbing! He did a great job. I called and he was at my house the very next day. And they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg like I thought they would. Very nice man. I know who to call now if I ever need any more work done.

I got a call from these people - they were obviously using an automated dialer system, although after a brief period of silence there was a live person at the other end, and they asked for me by name. They said they were calling from Florida Services in Naples and wanted to set an appointment for a damage inspection from Hurricane Irma. By the way, this hurricane happened over four months ago... Not to mention, I live in a condo, which I rent. In any case, when I told them their services were not needed they simply hung up. So I got curious and called the number back just to see who would answer. However when trying to call the number back that they called from, I got a recording saying the number was not in service. Also when I googled the business, the only listing I found was in Tampa - several hours north of Naples. So in short, they called from a disconnect number, said they were local (but as near as I can tell, they aren't), and they hung up on me. I'll leave it to you all to decide whether or not this is a legitimate business.
