Amazing results every time . This time was my wedding ring that was electrocuted by my son during work on our classic car scarred ; deformed and undersized. I feel complete again with the results!! Sparkling and hiding the scars of a finger almost lost?

Brought in two watches to be fixed. One was my old faithful Timex which needed a new battery. The other is a watch I found about twenty years ago. It looks expensive but really isn't. The man there was honest enough to tell me that the old one wouldn't be worth fixing. It needed a new battery and the unusual watchband needed either repair or replace. Was only charged for the battery in my good ol' Timex and it works fine. Now I know where to get good and fast service. Thank you

Stopped by to get a bracelet sized was ignored after walking in for a few minutes. Finally, someone responded to me, and I was able to get what I needed. I've been there several times and never had an issue. Usually, everyone is polite and quick to help.

$19.95 for a push-pin link adjustment. Absolutely ridiculous. Any jewelry store will do it for free, and I’ve never been charged more than $5 at repair shops. They put my watch right on the glass countertop too; no felt tray or anything. Amateur hour. Who knows what else they’re scamming people for; I don’t even want to know their true “repair” prices. Clearly taking advantage of people who don’t know better. Go ANYWHERE else.
