I received my recent Insurance Renewal and was a bit concerned about the price. I reached out to Family First Insurance and received a call back from MS. Claire McGeachy an agent with the firm. I need to tell you all I was a bit anxious. Claire listened to all my concerns and patiently explained the policy coverage and limits line by line. Claire was able to customize an affordable policy for me. Claire was personable, kind, and professional. I could not be happier with the outcome and recommend that everyone give Claire a call.

Something has changed with this agency. I was a customer for years without issue but recently I cannot get a quote for a new policy, no return call or email as promised. I went with a new agency, great. I just need a copy of my declarations page with previous coverage limits for the new company to show the prior insurance. You'd think this is an easy request, two weeks later I'm still trying to get a correct document. Unfortunately this information is not accessible online due to the type of policy. Please look elsewhere for consistent good service.

Absolute horrific experience. Completely hit me with bait and switch. After "unforeseen issues" my home owners insurance kept needing to be "redone". Ended up paying $1233 more than what they initially quoted me. As a single widowed father of three little girls, It absolutely hurts to feel taken advantaged of the they did. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have had our home insurance with Family First Insurance for 3 years. We are happy with their service. They continually contact us and provide updates of the circumstances affecting our coverage. They also attempt to help us consolidate all our insurance needs.

I have been trying to communicate with the agent for weeks and was not possible. Decided to cancel my car insurance and keep the home insurance, but the same problem. Terrible experience, negative ever.
