“Helped me switch my service provider over. The 1st employee who helped is no longer with the store but he was very good to me when I was not doing okay. The next employee though followed up and helped me just as much and was just as helpful. Thankyou, guys.”

Patrick helped us out with an exchange. We had a leaking container that we hadn’t realized was leaking until we got it home. So we just wanted to exchange for the exact same item (a non-damaged version).
He explained that our “sale” price would be lost (it’s a change in Target’s systems that happened sometime in the last year or so that is pretty frustrating to be honest - you can’t do exchanges. You have to return it and then re-buy even if you’re doing a true same time exchange). However without asking, he explained he could take care of it so that we weren’t losing money just trying to exchange a damaged item for a non-damaged item.
Seems like such a simple thing. But Patrick didn’t have to do that. His willingness to just make it right and not make it a big deal was so appreciated. Thank you Patrick for being so kind, helpful, and communicative.”
“I needed a specific item that the website claimed one existed but we were unable to find it. I have never had the staff at any store try to find one $10 item as much as this location. In the end it wasn't found, but my needs were met with a different product.”
“This place offers a lot of variety and is quite clean. We have had really good experiences so far with Target. I do think their prices can be steep in some areas but overall, they do have fresh fruit, veggies and meats. They have quite a bit of organic selection as well. We like this location!”
“I had an excellent experience today. Daniel Benitez took his time listening to my concerns. I had an issue with my current phone. He was able to order a phone replacement within minutes. I then asked some questions regarding the differences between different IPads. Based on my needs, he was able to recommend one that was affordable and I bought it! I would recommend him to anyone wanting guidance with their phone/tablet services. Excellent service!”
“I have lived in this area on and off for over 35yrs. Currently, this store looks better than it ever has before. For this location, litter is always a problem because of trashy people and highway rubbish blowing into the lot. I have noticed the lot has been kept up and bins emptied regularly. The inside is sparkling clean and the staff I deal with are so friendly. Ms. Mary and her sidekicks remind me of the South and southern hospitality I use to encounter in S. Carolina. I personally witnessed all of them cleaning this store as if it were their own home. Don't give up on this location, this crew is snapping it back into shape. Great job ladies!! My visit was on 01/24/22 @ 6pm.”

“I often visit this store as it is close to my home. I went there about a week ago when there was a fuel shortage. All they had was 93 octane. I filled up my tank as well as 3 family member’s cars. I was talking with the cashier and asked her if she filled up. She said that things were a little tight and she would wait until she found 87. This cashier has been there for a long time and has always been excellent by making me feel like a valued customer. I asked her if she would allow me to fill her tank and she reluctantly accepted. Unfortunately there was someone there who decided to call the owner and make something of it. There was no cause for this. I did this as an act of kindness and a way to say thank you. Shame on that person. I will continue to go to this store and not allow someone else’s misery to affect the great experience I’ve had here over the years. Thanks to the crew at Wesley Chapel 7-11 for always going above and beyond to make me say “oh thank Heaven!””
