Went Into dillards for my fiance to find a pair of Birkenstocks. The lady in women’s shoes was very unprofessional and not Very knowledgeable so we moved along and checked Out men’s shoes for me. The next lady we met was so amazing we ended up buying two pairs. Thank you Nelly for being fantastic.
