There should be a 0 star, my god I just came to pickup my medicine why am I sitting waiting for a damn label of the only thing I asked for is to pass the medication through insurance… as well super rude service and the same person in charge of generating my labels is the one vaccinating? Clearly they need to get better

This CVS is trash. There is no nice way to say it. I’ve been going here for 20 years. It slowly went downhill, but the most noticeable was the past 2 years and then when I went 4 days ago. The pharmacy department is pretty useless. They promised my script within 15-20 minutes and told me I had to wait for it— so I waited. 45 minutes later I watched the tech go grab the ingredients off the shelf (it was a compound medication). So I began asking questions about when my meds would be ready. I got the runaround— the pharmacists computer went down, she had just started it because it’s a compound medication, etc. But I saw that the pharmacists had changed shifts and it obviously was not a smooth transition and certainly one without communication of what was currently going on. An hour and 15 minutes later my prescription was done. I watched while the pharmacist did about 10 other things including stand behind the counter and play with her hair. It was extremely frustrating. When I was finished I asked to speak with Ray, the operations manager. He was just as useless as the pharmacy department, if not worse. When I explained the situation he just stared at me like a deer in headlights and did not seem to care about my concerns and situation. So, I walked away knowing good and well that I’d write a review and call corporate. I’m unsure how this CVS can operate in such a manner THAT THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It’s a terrible CVS and I would avoid it at all costs— you’ve been warned!

I never write reviews but this place is horrible, specifically the older "man" that checked me out. I had an emergency at night, around 10 pm and needed to get formula for my baby. They have all the formula behind the cashiers. I didn't want to feel weird standing in line with nothing so I grabbed 2 drinks. I stand in line for 10 minutes behind a couple whose card wouldn't work. The cashier helping them called for him to come out and help me. He immediately had an attitude, smacking his gum and gave me a dirty look. I sat my drinks down and before I could say anything he snaps and says "that's it? You can't use the self checkout?" I told him I needed Enfamil, he reluctantly got it for me, slammed it down, continuing to smack his gum at me while glaring me down. I paid and smiled and said thank you. He didn't say anything, just continuing smacking his gum and staring at me. Sorry you're so miserable at home you have to bring it to work and actually have to work instead of being in the backroom on your phone

Pharmacy says open 24 hours. It is not. They tell everyone to come back after 7 which sometimes isn’t convenient that’s what you go at 530am. So why not close if you can’t help anyone from 12 to 7

The pharmacist Maryanne Georgie was so unhelpful and rude. I could not believe the way she spoke to me. She acted like a child. I don’t think she’s cut out for a high volume pharmacy- she seemed stressed and I witnessed her take that out on myself and other customers. She’s a liability as my questions were not worth the time to be addressed. She made me feel like I was a burden. She obviously is unable to handle the pressure of the job and has zero customer service skills. This will be escalated and I won’t be utilizing this pharmacy as it doesn’t feel safe anymore. People need to be able to feel safe to ask questions.

the main pharmacist in charge is very mean and says he would accept our discount coupon cause “he doesn’t want to”. I will try to report him and I hope you guys don’t see him a lot or have an experience like i did.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Every person on the store has a different story. They literally NEVER answer a phone. Nor do they return voicemails. When you question them on this practice, they change the subject. This store should be shut down. I have called CVS corporate and will continue to do so until something is done about this joke of a healthcare facility. Unfortunately due to high med costs and insurance requirements, I am stuck with them, but if you have any choice at all , AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. No way to reach a live person in the Pharmacy at this location. No one calls you back. Been this way for a while. The last 2 prescriptions were processed incorrectly there.

Awful service in the pharmacy, they basically do whatever they want , when they want, are very unprofessional and rude. How is this legal or not a conflict of interest When your pharmacy is also the insurance company. So cvs Caremark insurance can pick and choose what medication/dosage they will approve for cvs . Smh such a scam

My pharmacy experience yesterday was the WORST ever, as Chris the Pharmacy Manager was absent and the department was total chaos, with people running around like a fire drill was happening! When I arrived to pick up my prescription, I was told by a young, white male with a beard, that due to me waiting he'd put a rush on it and be waiting 15 - 20 minutes. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I saw the guy who told me the 15 minute wait, was working the drive through and the customer line was growing. I then went to the Drop Off window, said that I'd been waiting for 40 minutes now and she checked and told me that my prescription was 'out of stock' ..... I said WHAT? Out of stock and nobody let me know and in a quick moment, she told me that 'it's now back in stock' .....She apologized and handed the info to a pharmacist and sadly I waited another 30 minutes to get my prescription. Seeing that Chris, Pharm Mgr was out, they told me to air my complaints with John, a store manager. He agreed that this experience was unacceptable and said that there's problems when employees from other locations come to help out. What makes me angrier, is that it was obvious to the staff behind the pharmacy counter that I was sitting/standing/pacing for over 40 minutes and no one asked if they could help. How much effort does it take to notice people sitting/standing in the waiting area.....???? The whole crew acted like they didn't care and annoyed that someone would complain! This kind of uncaring and inattentive behavior is why I stopped going to Walgreens and came to CVS. |My RX # 2351270 00
