“Suncoast Credit Union has been my bank for over 20 years. Each branch office I’ve been to has always been an easy process. I legit have no complaints, and I’m super thankful for the fraud department being on top of it.
Most recently I had a fraud alert and a lot of the times it’s usually a purchase I’ve made that I don’t make often, but this time it was an actual fraud… why do people have to try to steal from others? Anyway… I did have to change my card - ugh. lol butttt it was an easy and smooth process. My banker, Waleska F, was super sweet and I feel like she is a perfect banker. I’m glad I was able to be helped by her!
