My daughter has been attending since she was 3 months old! We’ve gone through many transitions with the school and have never once doubted the care she receives here. The teachers are warm and kind. The leadership and teachers are always looking for ways to improve the learning experiences of the kids and partner with parents. The new director has worked tirelessly to restart their before and after school transportation program! It’s such a help for the kids to be able to continue there as they move into K-12 for families with parents who cannot adjust their work schedules for school bell times. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area and are interested in somewhere that can grow with your child — from 6 weeks to 5th grade!

My child hasn’t had the best experience with other daycares in the area but Creative Times Academy has been by far the BEST in the New Tampa/ Wesley Chapel area. She feels at home with her peers and her loving teachers. I feel at peace as a mother to drop her off everyday knowing how well the staff takes care of her and her needs as well as communicating with me and dad . 5 star academy for sure ⭐️

We have a new director! Krizia Banes Farida Mahgoub. Don't let the long name scare you off.
Krizia is fantastic. She, along with the employees are warm, loving and show a genuine care for our children. The Ratio of teacher to child is very good, making it easier for the teacher to give one on one instruction!
Krizia since becoming director has implemented new learning instructions for childhoood development. she organized the classrooms and routines of the children to fit the needs of each group to enhance better learning. She is definitely all about bring the best academic learning to the school. She has a bachelors degree in child development. With this knowledge, she has implemented new fun and exciting ways to learn and help the children grow emotionally and mentally.
Krisia, has personally worked with my grandson on a one-to-one basis, as well as other children. She is, as a director, active. The one skill I feel she is outstanding With ability to communicate with the parents work out plans and programs that will help her student. She’s extremely flexible and wants what’s best for the child. I highly highly recommend this school for your child Charlene Hibson.

We have had great experiences this far with CTA! We love the staff, and feel comfortable leaving our children in the care of this team. The change in recent management is very noticeable, in a positive way! There is more communication and an overall better environment. A very important item to point out is that my child looks forward to going to school and interacting with her friends and teachers!

While we weren’t here long, my daughters absolutely loved going to Creative Times and they loved Ms. Savannah. The school gives daily updates on activities in class with pictures which was fun to see how the day was going! Would definitely recommend.

My youngest switched to CTA for VPK after a bad experience at another school. Despite being a little shy and stubborn, he has done incredibly well with Ms. Susmita and Ms. Ana. They are patient and loving with all kids. He has blossomed in the environment that they have built, and I believe he is very well situated to thrive in kindergarten. I cannot thank them enough! (My somewhat shy son walks around now like he is the mayor, saying "hi" to everyone in the morning)If I had another, I would send them to CTA (& would not have to spend my time or energy struggling with the decision).

Best place my son has been!! He loves his VPK class and teachers. He wakes up happy and excited to go to school. Since you go in everything is clean and not moldy like others I been to. I love how I get pictures of my son during his activities on a daily basis and the good communication with parents. I will definitely recommend Creative Times Academy to anyone.

I write this review only to show the facility how badly they inconvenienced me in only the two days where my child DID NOT EVEN ATTEND their daycare. I thought it was great that the Executive Director Melissa called me days after I toured their facility. I explained how excited I was for my child and would need to start on 2/20 due to finances. She agreed and confirmed that day would be fine and they would hold her spot. On 2/20 my child is dressed and excited to go to school, the facility is closed. I realized I’m in Hillsborough County and they are Pasco and schools were closed. Tuesday I give it another try, call the school before heading out to make sure they are aware my child is coming, I have all the necessities AND Paperwork to include physical and immunization. Erica answers and tells me we’re not in the system and would have to wait 48 hours to be in the system so payment can be collected before I can drop off my child. Not until I made a big deal about 2/20 and explained I can’t figure out childcare again another day, was she willing to make calls and “figure it out”. I then waited an entire hour before she called me back to tell me we were “all set”. At that point I realized all the reviews about these people are true, they only care about the money, they’re unprofessional and I can’t trust them to get the simple things done, I sure can’t trust them with my child! They don’t deserve and are not worth the $245 a week!

We absolutely adore everyone at creative times. The directors Mrs. Pam and Mrs. Nicole are so amazingly kind and truly love the kiddos. My daughter is a bit medically needy and they were so eager and willing to learn how they could accommodate her.My daughter has been in the infant room since she was 6 months old( she’s 14 months) Her teachers Miss Shelby, and Miss Mindy take such amazing care of our girl. She absolutely adores her teachers. We cannot recommend them more. They are amazing.

If you want to bring your kids here, please READ this review!!!I have 3 kids in this amazing daycare. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful staff!!!Let me just start by saying that I put myself on the list months ago and called just about every week to get them in. This is the center that I wanted my kids to go to. The atmosphere is incredible. The teachers really care!!!My 2 & 4 year old were in a center prior to this one that they would cling to me when I dropped them off, they did not like it there! They begged me for months to take them out but I struggled finding a center with an opening for them. So I waited and waited... IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!!!Ms. Jennie, Ms. Pam, Ms. Nicole & Ms. Monica have given me such an incredible peace of mind. I have to beg my kids to leave when I pick them up. All of the teachers are just incredible. We are so blessed to have found them!!!Today my 6 month old son started and I CRIED AND CRIED... they all put me at ease. They let me sit in the office and watch him on the monitor. He was fine, of course my mama heart wasn't ready to fully let go but he was fine!!!Don't hesitate, put them on the list. IT'S WORTH THE WAIT!! The teachers are INCREDIBLE. My kids have learned so much in the little bit of time they've been there. It's been just over 6 weeks and I'm convinced that God opened the doors for a reason!!!

Since the new owners have taken over recently, they have absolutely ruined everything that the previous owners worked hard for. There's a huge lack of communication and professionalism with the parents but yet they have increased their rates. For example, my wife and I were not advised that our daughter's shot records were set to expire until a couple of days before when the previous owners would give us a 30 day notice. We called the doctor immediately but they couldn't see us for a week. During this time my daughter and I had to stay somewhere else while my heavily pregnant wife and 8 year old battled COVID at home. I couldn't miss work so I had to find someone and pay them to watch my daughter on a part time basis while I moved my work schedule around. I spoke several times to the director, Kelly, about not being charged given the circumstances and the fact that it was the facility's fault that our daughter couldn't attend but she said there was nothing she could do other than speak to the owners. Kelly tried to say that they had given us a notice letter in person when it was a complete lie given the fact that my daughter had not even attended the school on that day due to a positive COVID case in her classroom and the school forcing all of the kids to quarantine for a week. My wife and I tried to email the owners through the director but we never heard back from them. The director informed me today that the owners have decided not to reimburse us and will not communicate with us either which I find extremely appalling given the fact that the parents are the ones funding this facility and enriching these owners. It is clear to me that these new owners only care about the money and not the families they serve. It is safe to say that we will be pulling our daughter from this facility as soon as possible and highly encourage other parents to do the same.
