I would like to recognize Zack in car sales for an exceptional shopping experience. He was clear concise and most of all honest and sincere. If you're looking for a worry free experience with no games ask for Zack. His integrity separates himself from other sales people on top of his vast knowledge in the cars and trucks he is selling. After a bad experience with Morgan Chevy in Tampa, Zack restored my faith in car sales which was lost after my experience at Morgan. Thank you Zack for spending time with me in my search for a new vehicle.

If I could give no stars I would. My husband and I canceled our GAP coverage with this dealership and bought it through our bank. We filed all the paperwork back in April. They never sent the paperwork to the company that refunds us. We tried again in August and the same thing happened. We were completely ignored. In a last ditch effort before taking legal action against the dealership, we called the GM GAP coverage admin professionals directly. We were told they never filed the paperwork (big surprise) and that we could directly bypass the dealer and file through them.We were assured that our complaints were heard. Turns out they were not and they do not care! I am never shopping here for a car again and I will tell everyone I know for sure not to buy here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but not sure where to go from here. I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado with 69k miles. After a couple days of owning it, the transmission went out. Originally I had spoke to Shawn the sales manager who said “how do you know it’s broke down, are you a mechanic?”, then told me to come back the next day. I confirmed with Shawn that the next day is Labor Day and he reassured me that he would have techs there. I went back up on Labor Day and he told me to come back. I went back up the next day and finally got the truck in the shop. Once I got it back from the shop. The truck then broke down again due to a transmission sensor which they should have checked upon replacing the transmission, once again this truck left me on the side of the road. After I got it back from the shop the engine blew up, and the truck wouldn’t start leaving me on the side of the road yet again. I have owned this truck going on two months and have been in a rental for those two months. I have a claim with GM, and they told me to give the dealership a chance to make it right but this is ridiculous. Yesterday I went into the dealership due to them having to give me yet another new rental. I spoke to the sales manager (forgot his name) to see if they could just swap the truck for something reliable since this is a lemon. We were good to go, test drove a different vehicle and everything seemed fine. They then come to tell me that they cannot swap because of funds, mind you the truck I test drove cost the same amount as the original truck that is non-reliable and has been in the shop for 2 months. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Highly disappointed.Update: It has been a week since my last visit up here to switch rental cars and check on the status of my truck. One week later and still no update or response from the dealership

I went to the dealership and was looking for a truck. The staff were accommodating and set me up with a Mr. Hutchinson, who was not pushy, and was there to answer questions. He allowed me to shop (albeit it rather quickly - I had an idea of what I was looking for) and his hospitality was next to none. I just had to ask or state what I was interested and he knew exactly what to go to! Overall, fair price and great customer support!

I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated and loved the personalized service-they checked in with me to let me know how much longer it was going to be which was appreciated. When I pulled out and drove away I was extremely disappointed to check my tire pressure & find out it was well below where it should have been so now I have to go fill them up myself which I do not appreciate!! Also something for them to consider-my sister has a Hyundai-when she takes her car for service they always wash & vacuum her car as a courtesy-seems like an American car company could do the same for their customers.

We walked into this place to just browsing and ended up buying a car lol. Zach Brown greeted us with a willingness to help with any questions we may have. I saw what I like and interested in and asked Zach to just give us out of the door price. We don't really have much time to sit around for anything more that's what we want just give us what we need. Zach worked on it few mins and he came up with what we need he's quick and attentively to details and we liked that! We came back the following day and picked up the car. We love our new TrailBlazer -2023 and Zach Brown made it all happened! He is a good sales person he worked on what we asked for and he brought it to us quickly thanks Zach keep up a great job your good

My experience with Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel was one of the best experiences I have had since moving to Florida I was recommended to Zach Brown and he went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and did not try to make me spend more than I wanted . The finance gentleman that did the financing was also a good experience. He had the paperwork ready for me to sign in no time at all it went very quick I will definitely be spreading the word about Zach and the finance of how great they are. They both deserve to be rewarded for their awesome work and The dealership should be aware that they have valuable employees working for them.

Took my daughter’s car in to fix an emergency problem. Eric was so helpful and personally checked on everything that needed to be done. It took a day longer than anticipated, but he helped with a car rental accommodations and made sure we were taken care of. Great service!! Thank you, Eric, and all of the hard-working guys that fixed my daughter’s car. She was so grateful!

Josh was incredible. He kept me informed every step of the way while I waited for my new Chevy Traverse to arrive. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the features and settings on the car I purchased and even answered my texts and calls after the purchase to assist me! Additionally, I very much appreciate him and the sales manager giving me a fair price for my trade, allowing me to get a new car I love. Caroline was also knowledgeable about the extras add-ons, and her professional, no-pressure demeanor was appreciated. Thank you!!!

Mechanic technicians can not properly diagnose and fix the car properly the first time leading to multiple frustrating trips. Service advisor became disrespectful when concerns were expressed about vehicle getting properly repaired. Overall if it wasn’t for the warranty being the way it was I would only come back for oil changes because that’s the only thing that hasn’t been messed up yet.

Bad Business! Unprofessional. I get left on foot here at this dealership after being told I was leaving with a truck I wanted. After waiting an hour to see financing the saleman comes up to me and says that they will take my 1500 down payment to hold the truck but I wouldn't be able to leave with it now. I would be able to come back next week and pay it in full because I don't make enough money to finance it...lol The loan manager is very indisicive. 3 different things told just for me to end up not even wanting to do business here no matter how.much I want that truck. I make 10× more than that man will ever. I can place whatever I want as a monthly income because I am self employed. DO NOT SHOP HERE. JIM BROENER HAS BETTER WARRANTY AS WELL.

My name is Tanya Mooneyham. My husband, Bill and I recently and quite regrettably purchased a vehicle from your Wesley Chapel Chevrolet dealership. Or did we? At this point I'm not sure that I own anything with four wheels from your dealership. Allow me to expound. On Wednesday, August 9th my Bill drove to your dealership after getting off work on my request to look a 2019 Honda Accord Sport that I saw online and was interested in. He was greeted and assisted by Edward Santiago. Bill test drove the vehicle, inspected it thoroughly, asked Edward all the typical and pertinent questions regarding the vehicle's history and prior to leaving told Edward that he would bring me back to the lot tomorrow at which time we fully intended to purchase the vehicle. On Thursday, August 10th my husband and I drove back (33 miles north of us) from Lakeland with full intentions of making the purchase. Outwardly the car was mostly everything I was looking for. It had almost all the factory features that I was looking for (Apple Car Play, Adaptive Cruise Control, Premium Audio). I was so happy with the condition of the car I was willing to settle on it despite it not having blind side detection which was one of my other wants. As my husband had previously test driven the car we began the negotiation and paperwork process. We came pre-approved through our credit union at 6.75%, a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country as a trade in and no down payment. While finalizing the financing we were told by the finance manager he was able to secure a lower interest rate for us and we agreed to finance with the lower interest rate. The whole process seemed very chaotic and unorganized. We signed the same documents several times. There were issues with the electronic pads, issues with the printer. The finance manager seemed distracted and honestly not very informative when asked simple questions. We left almost 4 hours later leaving my trade in, taking the car, no paperwork in hand, and only one key. It was after 9pm at night when we left.On Saturday, August 12th I drove the car for the first time after bringing it home. While making the short 1 mile drive to the grocery store I noticed that the A/C was only blowing moderately cool air on the passenger side when set all the way down to the LOW setting. The driver side would only blow hot air despite any setting it was adjusted to. While driving back from the store and my phone connected to Apple Play I received a phone call to which my hands free would not work. I had to pull over in order to complete my phone call! In addition to the hands free not working the audio in general was poor at best. Little to no bass and the sound was terrible. On Sunday, August 13th while driving into town the A/C completely stopped working and no longer cooled the passenger side. Both sides now only blew hot air.On Monday, August 14th my husband called Edward to inform him of the issues that we were having. Edward instructed us to bring it back to the dealership. May I remind you we live an hour away. At no time upon initial notification of these major mechanical issues were we offered a loaner car while the dealership made the repairs. We reluctantly agreed to bring the car in the following day along with the title to the 2012 Town & Country that we owed Edward. On Tuesday, August 15th my husband fully intended to drive the car back to the dealership. On that day the heat index was 112 degrees!!! Just driving the car for a few minutes in that heat was unbearable. Bill and I both felt that driving an hour in a vehicle with no air in those conditions was an unacceptable request and after further consideration Bill called Edward back and demanded an alternative solution. Edward instructed us to take the car to our local Honda dealership. I called and scheduled an appointment with the service dept at Regal Honda Lakeland that afternoon. On Wednesday, August 15th at 2pm I dropped the car off Lakeland Regal Honda's service center for diagnostics and repair. On Saturday, August 19th I received the initial findings and
