this place was amazing we originally went to another one in our local area and they wanted to charge us for triple the amount we went in see a vehicle on. driving 2 hours away to see a vehicle was actually worth it. Justin was amazing he was open and honest about every penny we were going to put down more money but it just didn't add up and he was totally honest with us. when we test drove the car he told me to drive it as if I was driving my own personal vehicle and if somebody don't let you drive on the highway or the way you choose to drive the car to test drive it don't buy it and I couldn't agree more. is supervisor even came over to introduce himself and was a sweetheart as well to be working on a holiday and be understanding and so kind-hearted and patient was amazing we got the total package and we don't regret it. Darron was the manager that day not sure if it's more than one all cars come with tent which is awesome they did it right away.

I have given this dealership 5 stars previously. However, now I’m getting the runaround. My truck has a recall that needs fixed. They scheduled it twice for service and never had the part so that’s 2.5 hrs of my life I’ll never get back. Now my OnStar system needs replaced and I’m being told they don’t know how long they’ll have it and they don’t know if they can give me a loaner until I bring it in and that’s IF they have one available? They can’t schedule an appointment and a loaner for the same day? This is complete incompetence. Essentially, this leaves me without a vehicle or a loaner for an undisclosed amount of time on a vehicle that’s still under warranty. This seems like a joke. I used to deal with Taylor, who was amazing, and now I can’t get passed some unprofessional fool by the name of Carmelo. The treatment of loyal customers is awful. Find somewhere else to go, this place will NOT do right by you.

Worst service ever. 14 days no vehicle. No one returns your calls. Nothing but a runaround to get a vehicle to use.

Bought a used truck in Oct which had pre certified warranty plus bought an additional 2 year warranty that I was told would be like a brand new car warranty where I could go to any dealership and treated like a new car. After we bought the truck we found out back door lock was not working (never thought to check this at delivery). Make appointment for it to be fixed on my day off and drop at 10am which was a Friday. Service calls me about 2 hours later saying they need to take full dash out because it’s a wiring issue and tell me it will need to come back because they need a full day for job and it will cost approximately 1,300. I said I have warranty and they say nope not in system. I go to pick my truck up ask for a manager and the manager Bryce doesn’t even apologize and just says yeah it’s covered. I said well I’m concerned it was in the system he blows me off and says when it comes ok it’s scanned and walks off. This is not how a manager should address a customer nor treat them like it’s no big deal. I refuse to bring my truck back. I didn’t even get a survey after so leaving my comments here.
