I’ve been banking with Chase for over 15 years. I came to get a simple paper notarized and they refused me stating I needed to have an appointment. There were people sitting behind the desk with no visitors. ONE of them could’ve taken the time to see me. I’m very disappointed.

Currently closing a business account. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank. Everytime I come into this location they can’t help, and defer me to the app on my phone. Switching business accounts because they clearly don’t want the business.
