Currently closing a business account. Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a bank. Everytime I come into this location they can’t help, and defer me to the app on my phone. Switching business accounts because they clearly don’t want the business.

No one picks up the phone. Might as well cut off the phone line and save that cost.
