“The Palms Car Wash is an absolute Gem! ??FOLKS, from the moment I pulled in, my experience was absolutely incredible!The atmosphere is Tropical and fun. ☀️ The staff is not only friendly, but treat you as if you are family!As you enter the tunnel, the pride the managers and owner take in this Wash is felt immensely! Every wash is a quality wash, as I have used this Wash now multiple times. The gorgeous flow of soaps cover your car in every location and the car comes out with an excellent sheen! If you decide to vacuum your own car, this place has vacuums strong enough to get in all of those nooks and crannies! Very nice performance on all of the equipment… so well maintained!My experience with full-service was also incredible!!! The staff really did such a fantastic job, I would have thought I had paid for a full detail, but I only paid a small fraction of what a detail would cost!This location offers so much more as well, from steam cleaning and upholstery, Head Light Restoration and much more!!! “We have used Fantasy for over five years - first with our coach and now with our 5th wheel. People always comment when driving by and say how great our unit looks. They're also getting referrals now from our Park - something that we NEVER hesitate to do as detail-wise and work-wise they are THE best. Don't let some disgruntled RV "detailer" sway you with rude comments here as they can only HOPE to be as good as Fantasy someday.”

“I received good service. I had interior done with shampoo. All stains removed with exception of couple stains which they warned me about ahead of time. I explained very, very well what I wanted and I was clearon my expectations. I was able to negotiate my price from the beginning. They did couple extra things as a courtesy. That was nice. I was super happy with the results. I will take my vehicle again. Good service received. Recommended.”

Unlike many other car washes in the Wesley Chapel area, their employees are keenly aware of getting your vehicle into the queue safely, resolving issues on machines not washing properly and as far as I know, no customers' vehicles have been unnecessarily damaged by malfunctioning equipment like TopEdge customers....”

They also provide free vacuum service with the car wash.Upon reaching the service, I was greeted at the check-in process by the staff. Since it was my first time at the service, the staff gave me an overview of the different car wash services they offer. After considering all the options, I chose the base plus wash service.The team provided a great service and my car was washed well with the base plus service. It removed all the dust from the outside of the car and made it look clean. I was impressed by the amazing service provided by Mister Car Wash.Services: Vacuuming”

“Mike did an AMAZING job with my 2016 Acura RDX. We take this car on lots of road trips so it was in rough shape and when he was done it looked like it had been newly manufactured.
