Store was clean, selection was solid, but I’ll never understand why a big chain store like this is so short staffed that customers have to wait in a long line for 15 minutes just to check out from the 1-2 cashiers there.

The store is open until midnight, but fitting rooms were closed at 7:30pm. Talked to the loss prevention woman first, she seemed uninterested in helping and pointed me to the manager. He said, “yes they’re closed for this evening.” Unprofessional tone on top of that. No elaboration as to why this is being done. It’s a clothing store, we need to try stuff on, Burlington. This nonsensical policy needs to stop. Visited 6/17/24.
